【摘要】:近年來,隨著分子級(jí)別的物質(zhì)特性研究的不斷深入,對(duì)磁場(chǎng)的要求越來越高,相應(yīng)的對(duì)電源的要求也越來越高,表現(xiàn)為電流越來越高,底寬越來越大。在國(guó)內(nèi)外,現(xiàn)在普遍存在的問題為電源體積很大,不適合多種場(chǎng)地實(shí)驗(yàn)的要求;放電電流小,不能滿足多種強(qiáng)磁場(chǎng)研究的需要,研制出電流更高、磁場(chǎng)更強(qiáng)穩(wěn)定性更好、體積小便于移動(dòng)的的磁場(chǎng)電源系統(tǒng)的要求越來越迫切。眾所周知,電流中的損耗與電流的平方成正比,所以要研制高于國(guó)內(nèi)水平的大電流磁場(chǎng)電源有很大的難度。但與挑戰(zhàn)并存的是機(jī)遇,對(duì)更大電流磁場(chǎng)的研究得到實(shí)現(xiàn)后,一定有其良好的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,同時(shí)也可推動(dòng)國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展。串聯(lián)諧振充電是一種新型的充電技術(shù),對(duì)于電容充電來說此種充電技術(shù)有著恒流充電的特性等優(yōu)點(diǎn),因此在近些年,LC串聯(lián)諧振被廣泛的應(yīng)用于各類充電電源中,其可靠性優(yōu)于其他類型的電源。而在控制方面,可編程邏輯控制器(PLC)的出現(xiàn),使遠(yuǎn)程控制及實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控進(jìn)入到一個(gè)新的技術(shù)高度,隨著其技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,其逐漸可以擴(kuò)展各種模塊以加強(qiáng)其本身的功能,如通信功能不斷強(qiáng)大、高速I/O口功能、模擬量輸入輸出等。這時(shí)功能都是對(duì)工業(yè)流程控制量身訂做,對(duì)于各類電源來講是提供了一個(gè)良好的監(jiān)控平臺(tái),并通過供應(yīng)商提供的軟件來對(duì)工業(yè)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行方便的控制。此論文旨在研制一種強(qiáng)脈沖磁場(chǎng)電源,符合以下性能要求:1、本論文以LC串聯(lián)諧振充電為主要的技術(shù)路線,對(duì)容量為20mF電容在20s內(nèi)完成充電,充電電壓4.5kV(max5kV);利用晶閘管對(duì)電容儲(chǔ)能進(jìn)行釋放,放電形成底寬50ms,放電電流4kA,利用合適的負(fù)載實(shí)現(xiàn)5T的脈沖強(qiáng)磁場(chǎng);2、以S7-200型工業(yè)PLC控制方案為可本控觸發(fā)、遙控觸發(fā),并可在觸發(fā)后一定時(shí)間內(nèi)自動(dòng)充電;3、通過軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)電源的多種故障保護(hù)功能及電容電壓泄放保護(hù)功能。4、用軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)充電電壓的設(shè)置和對(duì)充電電壓的實(shí)時(shí)采集,即F/V和V/F轉(zhuǎn)換,以及軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)加電流程的控制。論文中對(duì)于主要的原理及技術(shù),利用Matlab仿真工具,對(duì)脈沖磁場(chǎng)電源原理進(jìn)行仿真,并對(duì)其控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行編程,以實(shí)現(xiàn)電源的正常工作及可靠保護(hù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the further study of the material properties at molecular level, the demand for magnetic field and the corresponding power supply is becoming higher and higher, which shows that the current is higher and the base width is larger and larger.At home and abroad, the common problems at present are that the power supply is very large, which is not suitable for many kinds of site experiments, the discharge current is small and cannot meet the needs of many kinds of strong magnetic field research, and the current is higher and the magnetic field is stronger and more stable.The requirement of the magnetic field power system, which is small and easy to move, is more and more urgent.As we all know, the loss in the current is proportional to the square of the current, so it is very difficult to develop a high current magnetic field power supply which is higher than the domestic level.But the challenge is the opportunity. After the research on the larger current magnetic field is realized, it must have its good market competitiveness and promote the development of related research fields in China at the same time.Series resonant charging is a new charging technology, which has the advantages of constant current charging for capacitor charging, so it has been widely used in various charging power sources in recent years.Its reliability is superior to other types of power supply.In the aspect of control, the appearance of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) brings remote control and real-time monitoring to a new level of technology. With the continuous development of its technology, it can gradually expand various modules to strengthen its own functions.For example, communication function is constantly powerful, high speed I / O port function, analog input and output, etc.At this time, the functions are tailor-made to the industrial process control, and it provides a good monitoring platform for all kinds of power supply, and through the software provided by the supplier to facilitate the control of industrial products.The purpose of this paper is to develop a strong pulsed magnetic field power supply, which meets the following performance requirements: 1. In this paper, LC series resonant charging is the main technical route, and the capacity of 20mF capacitor is charged in 20 s.The charging voltage is 4.5kV / m max5kVN, the capacitor energy storage is released by using thyristor, the bottom width of discharge is 50ms, the discharge current is 4kA, and the 5T pulsed strong magnetic field is realized by appropriate load. The S7-200 industrial PLC control scheme is used as the control trigger and the remote control trigger.It can be automatically charged within a certain time after trigger, and can realize various fault protection functions of power supply and capacitor voltage discharge protection by software. The software can also realize the setting of charging voltage and the collection of charging voltage in real time, that is, F/ V and V / F conversion.And software to control the system power flow.In this paper, the principle of pulse magnetic field power supply is simulated by using Matlab simulation tool, and its control system is programmed to realize the normal operation and reliable protection of power supply.
