【摘要】:隨著半導(dǎo)體技術(shù),集成電路技術(shù),信號(hào)處理技術(shù),無(wú)線(xiàn)通信技術(shù)的飛速進(jìn)步,無(wú)線(xiàn)傳輸?shù)膽?yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛,為人類(lèi)生活帶來(lái)很大幫助。但這同樣也造成了空間電磁環(huán)境越來(lái)越復(fù)雜,電磁干擾問(wèn)題越來(lái)越嚴(yán)重,可利用的頻譜空間越來(lái)越擁擠。這對(duì)我們?cè)跓o(wú)線(xiàn)通信技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的研究提出了新的要求。電臺(tái)收發(fā)機(jī)是無(wú)線(xiàn)通信系統(tǒng)的重要一環(huán),對(duì)通信系統(tǒng)性能好壞起著決定性的作用。特別是在軍事領(lǐng)域,隨著各國(guó)在通信領(lǐng)域研究的深入,對(duì)信息傳輸?shù)闹匾暢潭仍絹?lái)越高,電臺(tái)收發(fā)機(jī)的性能直接決定了我軍通信系統(tǒng)的安全程度。如何應(yīng)對(duì)惡劣環(huán)境下的電磁干擾,甚至是惡意攻擊,這都要求我們要全面提升自主研制電臺(tái)收發(fā)機(jī)的能力,研制出抗干擾能力強(qiáng),靈敏度好,動(dòng)態(tài)范圍大,體積小巧,安全性能優(yōu)越的收發(fā)機(jī)。隨著衛(wèi)星無(wú)論在軍用還是民用領(lǐng)域都得到了越來(lái)越廣泛的應(yīng)用,衛(wèi)星電臺(tái)的研發(fā)成為當(dāng)今通信領(lǐng)域關(guān)注的重點(diǎn),并且具有很好的應(yīng)用前景和研究?jī)r(jià)值。本文的工作是作為軍用衛(wèi)星電臺(tái)研制項(xiàng)目的一部分,在符合保密要求的前提下,給出了一款針對(duì)衛(wèi)星應(yīng)用的30MHz-500MHz收發(fā)機(jī)射頻前端的設(shè)計(jì)方案,介紹了收發(fā)機(jī)的基本知識(shí),比較了現(xiàn)階段常用的幾種接收機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu),分析了接收機(jī)的主要數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo),設(shè)計(jì)了一款采用二次變頻超外差式結(jié)構(gòu)的收發(fā)機(jī),并將收發(fā)機(jī)中跳頻濾波器,低噪聲放大器,頻率綜合器,混頻器等模塊的核心芯片選型,主要性能指標(biāo),電路設(shè)計(jì)再到實(shí)物調(diào)試進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的講解,給出了現(xiàn)階段的測(cè)試結(jié)果。為后續(xù)性能更加優(yōu)越的收發(fā)機(jī)射頻前端設(shè)計(jì)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid progress of semiconductor technology, integrated circuit technology, signal processing technology and wireless communication technology, wireless transmission is more and more widely used. But it also makes the space electromagnetic environment more and more complex, and the problem of electromagnetic interference becomes more and more serious. The available spectrum space is becoming more and more crowded. This puts forward new requirements for our research in the field of wireless communication technology. Radio transceiver is an important part of wireless communication system. It plays a decisive role in the performance of communication system. Especially in the military field, with the development of communication research, more and more attention is paid to the transmission of information. The performance of the radio transceiver directly determines the security of the communications system of our army. How to deal with electromagnetic interference or even malicious attacks in the harsh environment requires us to comprehensively enhance the capability of independently developing the radio transceiver. A transceiver with strong anti-jamming ability, good sensitivity, large dynamic range, small volume and superior security performance has been developed. With the increasing application of satellites in both military and civil fields, The research and development of satellite radio has become the focus of the communication field, and has a good application prospect and research value. The work of this paper is a part of the military satellite radio development project, under the premise of meeting the requirements of confidentiality. This paper presents a design scheme of 30MHz-500MHz transceiver RF front-end for satellite applications, introduces the basic knowledge of transceiver, compares the structures of several kinds of receivers commonly used at present, and analyzes the main data indexes of the receiver. A transceiver with the structure of secondary frequency conversion superheterodyne is designed, and the core chip selection and main performance index of the transceiver modules such as frequency hopping filter, low noise amplifier, frequency synthesizer and mixer are selected. The design of the circuit is explained in detail to the physical debugging, and the test results at the present stage are given, which lays the foundation for the RF front-end design of the transceiver with more superior performance.
