【摘要】：經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｊ椒纸釫MD打破了Fourier變換、小波分解等傳統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)分析方法需要預(yù)先設(shè)定基函數(shù)的局限,是一種完全由數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的自適應(yīng)非線性非平穩(wěn)時(shí)變信號(hào)分解方法,可以將數(shù)據(jù)從高頻到低頻分解成具有物理意義的少數(shù)幾個(gè)固有模態(tài)函數(shù)分量和一個(gè)余量。首先介紹了原始EMD方法的原理和算法;接著,總結(jié)歸納了EMD當(dāng)前的研究現(xiàn)狀,分析了EMD存在的端點(diǎn)效應(yīng)、模態(tài)混疊、運(yùn)行速度問題及其在二維情況下的問題并對(duì)國內(nèi)外學(xué)者解決這些問題的方法進(jìn)行了概述和比較;最后結(jié)合EMD研究存在的難題指出了EMD進(jìn)一步研究與應(yīng)用的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:Empirical mode decomposition (EMD) breaks the limitation of traditional data analysis methods such as Fourier transform wavelet decomposition and so on which need to set the basis function in advance. It is a data-driven adaptive nonlinear non-stationary time-varying signal decomposition method. The data can be decomposed from high frequency to low frequency into a few intrinsic modal function components and a residue with physical significance. Firstly, the principle and algorithm of the original EMD method are introduced, and then the current research status of EMD is summarized. In this paper, the endpoints effect, modal aliasing, running speed and their problems in two dimensions of EMD are analyzed, and the methods used by scholars at home and abroad to solve these problems are summarized and compared. Finally, the development direction of further research and application of EMD is pointed out in combination with the problems existing in the study of EMD.
