基于壓縮感知的穩(wěn)健單通道波達(dá)方向估計(jì)方法

【摘要】:針對(duì)接收陣列射頻通道間增益不一致以及系統(tǒng)感知模型與目標(biāo)角度信息失配等情況下,基于壓縮感知(Compressive Sensing,CS)的多目標(biāo)波達(dá)方向(Direction of Arrival,DOA)估計(jì)方法性能下降的問題,提出了一種新的單通道CS-DOA估計(jì)方法.引入一種單通道陣列體制,并建立系統(tǒng)模型失配時(shí)的DOA稀疏感知模型;將丹茨格(Dantzig Selector,DS)算法和遺傳算法相結(jié)合,分別對(duì)目標(biāo)角度信息矢量和系統(tǒng)模型失配誤差進(jìn)行交替迭代優(yōu)化.該方法有效克服了常見CS-DOA方法無法抑制系統(tǒng)模型失配誤差的問題,避免了射頻通道間增益不一致對(duì)DOA估計(jì)性能的影響.仿真結(jié)果表明:該方法性能優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)DOA估計(jì)算法,能夠?qū)θ我庀嚓P(guān)性信號(hào)進(jìn)行有效DOA估計(jì),具有更高的角度分辨力和估計(jì)精度.
[Abstract]:In view of the inconsistency of gain between the RF channels of the receiving array and the mismatch between the system perception model and the target angle information, the performance of the multi-target DOA estimation method based on compressed perceptive sensing CSS is degraded. In this paper, a new single-channel CS-DOA estimation method is proposed, a single-channel array system is introduced, and the DOA sparse sensing model is established when the system model is mismatched, and the Dantzig Selector-Based DSs algorithm is combined with the genetic algorithm. The target angle information vector and the system model mismatch error are optimized by alternating iteration respectively. This method effectively overcomes the problem that the common CS-DOA method can not suppress the system model mismatch error. The effect of gain inconsistency between RF channels on the performance of DOA estimation is avoided. The simulation results show that the proposed method is superior to the traditional DOA estimation algorithm and can effectively estimate the DOA of arbitrary correlated signals. It has higher angle resolution and estimation accuracy.
