【摘要】：隨著人們物質(zhì)生活水平的提高，越來(lái)越多的人開(kāi)始注重精神生活，旅游成為人們放松心情的重要手段，旅游人數(shù)持續(xù)增加。但是，有些景區(qū)的交通、網(wǎng)絡(luò)覆蓋等城市基礎(chǔ)性公共服務(wù)不盡人意，導(dǎo)游、餐飲等旅游窗口行業(yè)的服務(wù)無(wú)法滿足廣大游客的需求，，日益龐大的游客人數(shù)及其個(gè)性化、多樣化需求與傳統(tǒng)導(dǎo)游有限的服務(wù)提供能力已經(jīng)成為制約旅游行業(yè)發(fā)展的主要矛盾。為了化解這一供需矛盾，迎合廣大游客滿足游客的各種需求，解決旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸問(wèn)題，提升景區(qū)影響力與行業(yè)營(yíng)收,必須顛覆傳統(tǒng)的導(dǎo)游概念，尋找一種全新的、適應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展的旅游服務(wù)模式。 隨著電子地圖、移動(dòng)通信、手機(jī)定位、云計(jì)算等技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展和移動(dòng)終端設(shè)備的不斷革新，智能手機(jī)導(dǎo)游系統(tǒng)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。智能手機(jī)導(dǎo)游系統(tǒng)的出現(xiàn)打破了海量游客眾口難調(diào)的尷尬局面，滿足了游客的個(gè)性化需求。游客在游覽過(guò)程中，只需拿出手機(jī)，輕輕點(diǎn)擊一下或掃一下，App就能根據(jù)該用戶的具體需求給出推薦景點(diǎn)、特色餐飲、熱門旅游資訊或者為游客量身定制游覽攻略。因此，基于移動(dòng)終端的App導(dǎo)游模式成為了旅游行業(yè)的發(fā)展新方向和行業(yè)內(nèi)部市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的新焦點(diǎn)。 本文在對(duì)電子地圖、導(dǎo)航、電子導(dǎo)游以及云GIS進(jìn)行綜述的基礎(chǔ)上，研究了智能手機(jī)導(dǎo)游系統(tǒng)中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)了智能手機(jī)導(dǎo)游系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu)和各個(gè)功能模塊，并以清明上河園為例進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)，開(kāi)展的主要工作和成果包括： （1）詳細(xì)闡述了論文研究的背景與意義，討論了電子地圖、導(dǎo)航、電子導(dǎo)游、云計(jì)算以及云GIS的研究進(jìn)展，并對(duì)系統(tǒng)研究過(guò)程中應(yīng)用的相關(guān)理論及其關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。 （2）討論了智能手機(jī)導(dǎo)游系統(tǒng)的類型以及每種類型的特點(diǎn)和功能。 （3）討論了智能手機(jī)導(dǎo)游系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)任務(wù)、體系結(jié)構(gòu)，詳細(xì)的分析了智能手機(jī)導(dǎo)游系統(tǒng)的主要功能模塊，并根據(jù)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用程序的特點(diǎn)和用戶需求對(duì)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)。 （4）通過(guò)云GIS、電子地圖技術(shù)、智能移動(dòng)終端、ArcGIS技術(shù)和相關(guān)WebGIS服務(wù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)游客在清明上河園的自助旅游，打破了傳統(tǒng)導(dǎo)游的制約，在一定程度上解決了海量游客與傳統(tǒng)導(dǎo)游有限的服務(wù)提供能力之間的矛盾。 論文通過(guò)對(duì)智能手機(jī)導(dǎo)游系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀類型、功能分析，在智能手機(jī)導(dǎo)游系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)用戶需求及其系統(tǒng)實(shí)施的可行性，以清明上河園為例對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)。系統(tǒng)測(cè)試結(jié)果表明，系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、功能模塊設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)都比較合理，運(yùn)行結(jié)果良好，方便了游客更精準(zhǔn)、快速地實(shí)現(xiàn)自助旅游和更深入地了解和感受旅游資源的魅力。智能手機(jī)導(dǎo)游系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用與推廣，以信息化帶動(dòng)旅游業(yè)現(xiàn)代化，能夠促進(jìn)旅游業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's material standard of living, more and more people begin to pay attention to their spiritual life. Tourism has become an important means for people to relax their mood, and the number of tourists continues to increase. However, traffic in some scenic spots, The basic public services in cities such as Internet coverage are unsatisfactory. The services of tour windows such as tour guides and restaurants cannot meet the needs of the vast number of tourists. The diversification demand and the limited service supply ability of the traditional tour guide have become the main contradiction that restricts the development of the tourism industry, in order to resolve the contradiction between the demand and supply, to meet the needs of the tourists, and to solve the bottleneck problem of the tourism development. In order to promote the influence of scenic spot and industry revenue, we must subvert the traditional concept of tour guide and find a new tourism service mode adapted to the development of the times. With the continuous development of electronic map, mobile communication, mobile phone positioning, cloud computing and other technologies and the continuous innovation of mobile terminal equipment, The smart phone tour guide system came into being. The emergence of the smartphone tour guide system broke the awkward situation of mass tourists and met the personal needs of tourists. During the tour, tourists only need to take out their mobile phones. A single click or a sweep of the app will give you the recommended attractions, specialty meals, popular travel information, or custom-made tour strategy for the user, depending on the user's specific needs. App guided tour mode based on mobile terminal has become a new direction of tourism industry and a new focus of market competition. On the basis of summarizing the electronic map, navigation, electronic guide and cloud GIS, this paper studies the key technology of the smart phone guide system, and designs the whole structure and each function module of the smart phone guide system in detail. Taking Pure Brightness Shanghe Garden as an example, the main work and achievements are as follows:. In this paper, the background and significance of the research are described in detail, and the research progress of electronic map, navigation, electronic guide, cloud computing and cloud GIS is discussed, and the relevant theories and key technologies used in the system research are also studied. The types of smart phone tour guide system and the features and functions of each type are discussed. This paper discusses the construction task and architecture of the smart phone guided tour system, analyzes the main function modules of the system in detail, and designs the database according to the characteristics of the system application program and the needs of the users. Through cloud GIS, electronic map technology, intelligent mobile terminal (ArcGIS) and related WebGIS services, tourists' self-help travel in Pure Brightness's Shanghe Garden is realized, which breaks the restriction of traditional tour guides. To some extent, the contradiction between mass tourists and traditional tour guides is solved. Based on the analysis of the current situation and function of the smart phone guided tour system, based on the research of the key technology of the smart phone tour guide system, according to the needs of the user and the feasibility of the system implementation, Taking Pure Brightness Shangheyuan as an example, the system is designed and implemented. The system test results show that the overall architecture design, functional module design and database design of the system are reasonable, the running results are good, and it is convenient for tourists to be more accurate. The application and promotion of smart phone guided tour system can promote the modernization of tourism industry with information technology and promote the healthy development of tourism industry.
