監(jiān)控視頻圖像質(zhì)量診斷方法研究及實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)是安全防范系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,隨著智能監(jiān)控的發(fā)展,監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的范圍急劇擴(kuò)大,系統(tǒng)中監(jiān)視器的數(shù)目也隨之增加,這都加重了監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的維護(hù)檢測難度。由于智能監(jiān)控對圖像質(zhì)量有一定的要求,如果圖像質(zhì)量異常而不能及時發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決,很可能造成智能監(jiān)控部分功能無法正常工作,進(jìn)而造成一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,人工檢測費(fèi)時費(fèi)力,工作量大,不利于降低成本。實(shí)現(xiàn)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的自動檢測,將有效降低人工檢測的壓力,也可起到降低成本的目的。 本文針對監(jiān)控視頻系統(tǒng)中極易出現(xiàn)的圖像幀異常情況,構(gòu)建了基于目標(biāo)檢測的視頻圖像質(zhì)量客觀診斷方法,對視頻圖像中是否存在雪花干擾、滾屏、信號丟失、畫面凍結(jié)、丟幀、偏色和圖像模糊等異,F(xiàn)象進(jìn)行檢測,實(shí)現(xiàn)了圖像質(zhì)量客觀診斷方法各異常項的檢測,并對其進(jìn)行模塊封裝。在視頻輸入之后,工作人員可以通過本文設(shè)計的診斷模塊對圖像進(jìn)行質(zhì)量檢測,提高故障排除的效率,降低人工檢測成本。本文提出了基于a-b分布最大輪廓重心距離的偏色檢測方法和基于結(jié)構(gòu)相似度的圖像清晰度評價方法,與傳統(tǒng)方法進(jìn)行了對比,取得了較好的效果。測試結(jié)果滿足人眼的主觀評價要求。
[Abstract]:Video surveillance system is an important part of security prevention system. With the development of intelligent monitoring, the scope of monitoring system expands rapidly, and the number of monitors in the system also increases. This makes it more difficult to maintain and detect the monitoring system. Since intelligent monitoring has certain requirements for image quality, if the image quality is abnormal and can not be detected and solved in time, it is likely that the functions of the intelligent monitoring part will not work properly. This will result in certain economic losses, time-consuming and laborious manual detection, which is not conducive to reducing the cost. The realization of automatic detection of video surveillance system will effectively reduce the pressure of manual detection, but also play the purpose of reducing the cost. In this paper, the objective diagnosis method of video image quality based on target detection is constructed, which is aimed at the abnormal situation of image frame that is easy to appear in the surveillance video system. Whether there is snowflake interference, scrolling screen, signal loss, picture freezing in the video image or not, this paper proposes an objective diagnosis method based on target detection. The abnormal phenomena such as frame loss, color deviation and image blur are detected, and the detection of the abnormal items in the objective diagnosis method of image quality is realized, and the module is encapsulated. After the video input, The staff can use the diagnostic module designed in this paper to detect the image quality and improve the efficiency of troubleshooting. In order to reduce the cost of manual detection, this paper presents a new method of color deviation detection based on the maximum centroid distance of a-b distribution and an image definition evaluation method based on structural similarity, which is compared with the traditional method. The test results meet the subjective evaluation requirements of human eyes.
