天津高速公路視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)規(guī)范研究

【摘要】:高速公路視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)是為管理者提供最為直觀、即時(shí)、全面的路況信息和管理依據(jù)。論文研究為便于路網(wǎng)視頻的規(guī)范統(tǒng)一、減少差異,大大提高視頻管理能力和工作效率。論文根據(jù)天津高速集團(tuán)所轄范圍內(nèi)高速公路建設(shè)和管理的實(shí)際狀況,結(jié)合視頻編解碼技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和應(yīng)用前景,在綜合分析、研究眾多主流視頻聯(lián)網(wǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和技術(shù)規(guī)范的基礎(chǔ)上,充分考慮天津高速集團(tuán)所轄路網(wǎng)范圍內(nèi)視頻系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)需求和實(shí)際情況,制定符合天津高速集團(tuán)視頻聯(lián)網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)需求。基于H.264編解碼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的數(shù)字化視頻聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)解決方案,包括:視頻聯(lián)網(wǎng)框架與互聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)、設(shè)備編解碼技術(shù)要求等一系列相關(guān)要求。要求對(duì)視頻流封裝/傳輸格式進(jìn)行規(guī)范,確保網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸視頻流的一致性,統(tǒng)一規(guī)范視頻控制、傳輸流程和協(xié)議接口,實(shí)現(xiàn)各視頻系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)之間的多級(jí)聯(lián)網(wǎng),以及視頻設(shè)備與視頻系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)之間的信息交換。根據(jù)技術(shù)要求,制定視頻聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試方案,開(kāi)發(fā)測(cè)試平臺(tái),搭建測(cè)試環(huán)境,開(kāi)展測(cè)試工作,檢測(cè)不同廠家編解碼設(shè)備相互之間的互聯(lián)、互通及互控情況。論文的研究有助于綜合利用各類視頻監(jiān)控資源,實(shí)現(xiàn)各級(jí)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的聯(lián)網(wǎng)。另一方面也便于路網(wǎng)視頻的規(guī)范統(tǒng)一、減少差異,大大提高視頻管理能力和工作效率。也十分有利于后期的使用維護(hù),更有利于節(jié)省項(xiàng)目投資、節(jié)約建設(shè)成本,可用于指導(dǎo)今后天津高速公路相關(guān)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的聯(lián)網(wǎng)工作。
[Abstract]:Highway video surveillance system is to provide the most intuitive, immediate, comprehensive road information and management basis for managers. This paper is to facilitate the standardization of road network video and reduce differences. Greatly improve the ability and efficiency of video management. According to the actual situation of highway construction and management within the scope of Tianjin High Speed Group, combined with the development trend and application prospects of video coding and decoding technology. On the basis of comprehensive analysis and research on many mainstream video networking standards and technical specifications, fully consider the business needs and actual conditions of the video system within the road network of Tianjin High Speed Group. To develop a digital video networking technology solution based on H.264 coding and decoding standard, including: video networking framework and interconnection structure. Equipment coding and decoding technology requirements and a series of related requirements. Requirements for video stream packaging / transmission format specification to ensure the consistency of the network transmission video stream, unified specification of video control, transmission process and protocol interface. To realize the multi-level networking between the video system platform and the information exchange between the video equipment and the video system platform. According to the technical requirements, the test scheme of the video networking system is established, and the test platform is developed. Build test environment, carry out testing work, detect the interconnection, interoperability and mutual control between different manufacturers of codec equipment. The research of this paper is helpful to comprehensive use of all kinds of video surveillance resources. On the other hand, it is convenient to standardize the network video, reduce the difference, greatly improve the ability of video management and work efficiency. It is also very conducive to the later use and maintenance. It is more advantageous to save project investment and construction cost, and can be used to guide the networking work of Tianjin Expressway related construction projects in the future.
