【摘要】:無論任何項目要保證目標的實現(xiàn),都必須使用計劃、控制等方法進行過程管理,有效地組織實施,而要在規(guī)定的時期內完成項目建設的任務,必須要作好項目的進度管理。有效的項目進度管理既要有進度計劃,又有進度控制,計劃是控制的基礎,控制是計劃實施的保障,進度計劃和進度控制的有機結合才能夠確保項目的如期完成。本文以我司中標的AH公安信息網IT運維管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)項目為例,主要介紹了項目進度計劃與控制的理論依據及相關原理和方法在項目開發(fā)實踐過程中的具體應用。應用部分首先對該項目情況、建設的目標和內容、項目設計思路及項目的組織、角色和職責等進行了概述;其次,詳細介紹了該項目可能運用到的進度計劃相關理論,并對幾種進度計劃編制方法進行了分析和比較,并選用網絡計劃技術方法來編制整個項目計劃,包括對該項目進行工作結構分解(WBS)和工作責任分配(LRC),確定工作活動的邏輯順序,估算項目工期,并根據網絡圖的繪制規(guī)則及相關參數(shù)計算,編制出該項目計劃工期表、網絡圖及關鍵線路;再次,根據項目進度計劃控制理論,介紹了針對項目實施過程中出現(xiàn)的延誤項目總工期的影響因素,并如何通過改變工作間的一些邏輯關系等措施,進行計劃和工期的控制與調整,以滿足工期的要求,并根據公司及項目實際情況對進度控制提出了相應的管理措施和方法。
[Abstract]:No matter any project wants to ensure the realization of the goal, must use the plan, the control and so on method carries on the process management, organizes the implementation effectively, but must complete the project construction task within the specified period. It is necessary to manage the progress of the project. Effective project schedule management should have both progress plan and progress control. Plan is the basis of control and control is the guarantee of plan implementation. The organic combination of schedule planning and schedule control can ensure the completion of the project on time. This paper takes the development project of IT operation and maintenance management system of AH Public Security Information Network as an example. This paper mainly introduces the theoretical basis of project schedule and control and the concrete application of relevant principles and methods in the process of project development and practice. The application part firstly introduces the project situation, construction objectives and contents. Project design ideas and project organization, roles and responsibilities were summarized; Secondly, this paper introduces the relevant theories of schedule planning which may be used in this project in detail, and analyzes and compares several kinds of schedule planning methods, and selects the network planning technology method to compile the whole project plan. It includes decomposing the work structure of the project (WBS) and assigning the work responsibility to LRCU, determining the logical order of the work activities, estimating the project duration, and calculating the relevant parameters according to the drawing rules of the network diagram. The schedule, network diagram and key circuit of the project are worked out. Thirdly, according to the theory of project schedule control, this paper introduces the influence factors of the total project duration caused by the delay in the implementation of the project, and how to change the logical relationship between the work and other measures. The control and adjustment of the plan and the time limit are carried out to meet the requirements of the time limit, and the corresponding management measures and methods are put forward according to the actual situation of the company and the project.
