【摘要】:本文為高軌激光通信地面演示系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)高精度、輕量化跟蹤轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)。首先,調(diào)研了國(guó)內(nèi)外跟蹤轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)的結(jié)構(gòu)形式,通過(guò)對(duì)比分析得出,單反射鏡式結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)在指向精度和伺服控制上均優(yōu)于其他結(jié)構(gòu)形式,并將其作為本次轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)方案;其次,完成了轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)部分的設(shè)計(jì),并利用有限元軟件對(duì)U型架、反射鏡等關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)件進(jìn)行了輕量化設(shè)計(jì),減輕了轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)整體質(zhì)量,提高了綜合性能;最后,在控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中,采用電流環(huán)、速度環(huán)和位置環(huán)多回路控制方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)快速對(duì)準(zhǔn)、精確跟蹤等優(yōu)良性能。通過(guò)分析和實(shí)驗(yàn)仿真表明,轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)的精度滿足通信要求,質(zhì)量輕于其他形式轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái),輕量化效果明顯。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the high-precision, lightweight tracking turntable is designed for the high-orbit laser communication ground demonstration system. Firstly, the structure of the tracking turntable at home and abroad is investigated and obtained by comparative analysis. The single mirror structure turntable is superior to other structural forms in pointing precision and servo control, and it is regarded as the mechanical structure scheme of this turntable design. Secondly, the mechanical structure of the turntable is designed, and the key components such as U-shaped frame, reflector are designed by using the finite element software, which reduces the overall quality of the turntable and improves the comprehensive performance. Finally, in the control system design, the current loop, the speed loop and the position loop multi-loop control mode are adopted to realize the fast alignment and accurate tracking of the turntable. The accuracy of turntable meets the requirement of communication, the quality of turntable is lighter than other forms of turntable, and the effect of lightweight is obvious.
