活動星系核與光速改變(英文)

先前對于來自伽馬射線暴的高能光子的研究指出了宇宙中光速的傳播規(guī)律:v(E)=c(1-E/ELV),其中ELV=3.6×1017GeV.本文通過研究先前對三個活動星系核(Markarian421、Markarian501和PKS2155-304)觀測得到的光變曲線檢驗這一光速變化規(guī)律,說明了這三個活動星系核的光變曲線的一些特征可以作為由伽馬射線暴得到的光速改變規(guī)律的支持證據(jù).由伽馬暴得到的光速改變規(guī)律可以很好地解釋Markarian 501不同能段光變曲線到達時間的差異,同時Markarian 421和PKS 2155-304也表現(xiàn)出了一些由光速變化引起的性質(zhì).本文還考慮了活動星系核源處效應(yīng)可能帶來的影響,并指出隨著觀測數(shù)據(jù)的增加,源處效應(yīng)的影響可以通過統(tǒng)計學(xué)的方法與光速變化帶來的影響分離開來,從而得到更加可靠的結(jié)論.近年開始運行的LHAASO項目可以作為未來數(shù)據(jù)的重要來源和關(guān)注焦點.
