【摘要】:太陽(yáng)軟X射線觀測(cè)是獲得高溫等離子體溫度、密度、運(yùn)動(dòng)速度等重要參數(shù)的有效途徑,對(duì)研究太陽(yáng)耀斑爆發(fā)及演化過(guò)程的加熱機(jī)制及其動(dòng)力學(xué)行為具有極其重要的研究?jī)r(jià)值。本論文基于高分辨率太陽(yáng)軟X射線綜合譜儀的研制需求,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外的太陽(yáng)軟X射線分立譜線觀測(cè)技術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和現(xiàn)代軟X射線CCD技術(shù),提出了通過(guò)彎面晶體布拉格衍射實(shí)現(xiàn)1~10ke V軟X射線分立譜線探測(cè)的方案,并研制了一套軟X射線CCD傳感器讀出電路系統(tǒng)。論文主要介紹了軟X射線CCD的讀出電路系統(tǒng)的電子學(xué)軟硬件設(shè)計(jì)。FPGA產(chǎn)生CCD工作需要的驅(qū)動(dòng)時(shí)序,ADCDS1603芯片對(duì)CCD的輸出信號(hào)進(jìn)行模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換,轉(zhuǎn)換之后的數(shù)據(jù)通過(guò)USB接口傳輸?shù)缴衔粰C(jī)端,并在上位機(jī)界面實(shí)時(shí)顯示出來(lái)。經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,本論文提出的研制方案滿足了高分辨率太陽(yáng)軟X射線綜合譜儀的電子學(xué)系統(tǒng)的要求,完成了CCD傳感器讀出系統(tǒng)的功能實(shí)現(xiàn)。論文最后對(duì)高分辨太陽(yáng)軟X射線CCD傳感器系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)做了總結(jié),并針對(duì)目前讀出電路系統(tǒng)可改進(jìn)的地方做了相應(yīng)展望。
[Abstract]:Solar soft X-ray observation is an effective way to obtain the important parameters such as temperature density and velocity of motion of high temperature plasma. It is very important to study the heating mechanism and dynamic behavior of solar flare burst and evolution process. In this paper, based on the development requirement of high resolution solar soft X-ray spectrometer, combined with the domestic and foreign experience of solar soft X-ray discrete line observation and modern soft X-ray CCD technology, In this paper, a scheme of 1~10ke V soft X-ray discrete line detection by Bragg diffraction of curved crystal is presented, and a readout circuit system of soft X-ray CCD sensor is developed. This paper mainly introduces the electronic hardware and software design of the readout circuit system of soft X-ray CCD. The driving timing chip ADCDS1603 which is required by FPGA to produce CCD is used to convert the output signal of CCD to digital signal. The converted data is transmitted to the upper computer through USB interface and displayed in real time. The experimental results show that the proposed scheme meets the requirements of the electronic system of high resolution solar soft X-ray integrated spectrometer and realizes the function of CCD sensor readout system. In the end, the design and implementation of high resolution solar soft X-ray CCD sensor system are summarized, and the corresponding prospects for the improvement of readout circuit system are given.
