分塊主鏡式相機(jī)共相位檢測系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著分塊主鏡式光學(xué)遙感器在大口徑高性能空間望遠(yuǎn)鏡上越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用,共相位誤差檢測已成為實現(xiàn)分塊主鏡光學(xué)系統(tǒng)成像的重要任務(wù)之一。針對解決分塊主鏡技術(shù)面臨的共相位誤差檢測問題,課題組提出一種基于色散瑞利干涉原理的piston誤差檢測方法,并據(jù)此理論在國防973項目中研制原理樣機(jī)與檢測系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)體積大,重量大,測量時間長,且有機(jī)械運動。旨在克服原檢測系統(tǒng)的一些缺陷,同時進(jìn)一步驗證色散瑞利干涉原理,本論文擬研制針對同軸三反式分塊主鏡相機(jī)的共相位誤差檢測系統(tǒng)。為設(shè)計新的共相位誤差檢測系統(tǒng),本論文從檢測原理、功能要求、整體設(shè)計與裝配調(diào)試四個方面開展研究。在分析了共相位誤差的檢測原理后,本論文總結(jié)前期檢測系統(tǒng)的缺陷,并據(jù)此對新的檢測系統(tǒng)提出設(shè)計要求。在結(jié)構(gòu)形式上將原本互相垂直的兩個檢測光路折轉(zhuǎn)合并,共用一個底板和機(jī)箱,使檢測系統(tǒng)具有緊湊化、整體化、儀器化的優(yōu)點。在功能上采用并行檢測方式,左右兩子鏡采樣通道共用一個色散棱鏡和相機(jī),避免了機(jī)械運動;同時在piston誤差檢測光路中加入一路監(jiān)測通道,用來監(jiān)測環(huán)境干擾與系統(tǒng)振動,對piston誤差測量結(jié)果予以補(bǔ)償;設(shè)計色散棱鏡插入機(jī)構(gòu),在piston誤差檢測光路中研制一套操作方便的功能切換結(jié)構(gòu),實現(xiàn)儀器對接調(diào)試與檢測之間的功能切換。所設(shè)計的檢測系統(tǒng)具有測量速度更快、結(jié)果更可靠、操作性更好等優(yōu)點。并對新檢測系統(tǒng)的所有零件做出設(shè)計、出圖、加工并裝調(diào),最后將檢測系統(tǒng)與實際檢測光路對接,不斷調(diào)試以進(jìn)行共相位誤差檢測。
[Abstract]:With the increasing application of block primary mirror optical remote sensor in large aperture and high performance space telescope, the detection of common phase error has become one of the important tasks to realize the imaging of block primary mirror optical system. In order to solve the problem of common phase error detection in block primary mirror technology, a piston error detection method based on dispersive Rayleigh interference principle is proposed, and a prototype and detection system of the principle is developed in the national defense 973 project based on the theory. The system has the advantages of large volume, large weight, long measuring time and mechanical motion. In order to overcome some defects of the original detection system and to further verify the dispersive Rayleigh interference principle, this paper intends to develop a common phase error detection system for the coaxial trisection primary mirror camera. In order to design a new common phase error detection system, this paper studies the detection principle, functional requirements, overall design and assembly debugging. After analyzing the detection principle of the common phase error, this paper summarizes the defects of the early detection system and puts forward the design requirements for the new detection system. In the form of structure, the two detection optical paths which were originally perpendicular to each other were converted and combined, and the same backboard and chassis were shared, so that the detection system had the advantages of compact, integrated and instrumented. In the function of parallel detection, the two sub-mirror sampling channels share a dispersive prism and a camera to avoid mechanical motion. At the same time, a monitoring channel is added to the piston error detection optical path to monitor environmental interference and system vibration. The piston error measurement results are compensated, the dispersion prism insertion mechanism is designed, a set of functional switching structure is developed in the piston error detection optical path, and the function switch between the instrument docking and debugging and the detection is realized. The designed detection system has the advantages of faster measurement speed, more reliable results and better operation. All the parts of the new detection system are designed, mapped, machined and adjusted. Finally, the detection system is docked with the actual detection light path, and is continuously debugged to detect the common phase error.
