【摘要】：歷法改革是民國(guó)時(shí)期社會(huì)改革的重要內(nèi)容。在民國(guó)時(shí)期的歷法改革過(guò)程中,由于政府策略及新聞媒介輿論引導(dǎo)方式的不當(dāng),加之民眾歷法知識(shí)科學(xué)普及的缺失,效果不佳且問(wèn)題層出。出于科學(xué)工作者的社會(huì)責(zé)任感,竺可楨在從事繁重的教育、科研工作的同時(shí),亦對(duì)歷法科學(xué)知識(shí)的普及與研究頗為關(guān)注。當(dāng)五四運(yùn)動(dòng)過(guò)后普通民眾因歷法知識(shí)的缺乏而對(duì)歷法改革仍漠不關(guān)心時(shí),竺可楨在1919年12月發(fā)表了名為《陰歷陽(yáng)歷優(yōu)劣異同論》的科普文章。在20世紀(jì)20年代初中國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)界在改良陽(yáng)歷問(wèn)題上與西方學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)話能力明顯不足的情況下,竺可楨于1922年6月發(fā)表了名為《改良陽(yáng)歷之商榷》的學(xué)術(shù)論文。當(dāng)民國(guó)時(shí)期厲行國(guó)歷運(yùn)動(dòng)最終陷入"民族虛無(wú)主義"的歧路之時(shí),竺可楨于1947年12月作了名為"陽(yáng)歷與陰歷"的演講并于1948年2月公開(kāi)刊發(fā)。竺可楨關(guān)于改歷問(wèn)題的幾篇文章不僅推動(dòng)了民國(guó)時(shí)期民眾歷法知識(shí)的科普工作,亦對(duì)糾正改歷問(wèn)題上的一些錯(cuò)誤傾向具有積極的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Calendar reform is an important part of social reform in the Republic of China.In the process of calendar reform in the period of the Republic of China, due to improper government strategy and media guidance, coupled with the lack of popularization of popular knowledge of calendars, the results were poor and problems were raised.Owing to the social responsibility of the scientific workers, Zhu Kezhen paid much attention to the popularization and research of the scientific knowledge of calendars while he was engaged in heavy education and scientific research.When the ordinary people remained indifferent to the calendar reform after the May 4th Movement because of the lack of knowledge of calendar, Zhu Kezhen published a popular science article in December 1919 called "the similarities and differences of the Gregorian Calendar".In the early 1920s, when the Chinese academic circles were obviously deficient in dialogue with the western academic circles on the issue of improving the Gregorian calendar, Zhu Kezhen published an academic paper entitled "A discussion on the improved Gregorian Calendar" in June 1922.During the period of the Republic of China, when the "national nihilism" eventually fell into the "national nihilism", Zhu Kezhen gave a speech entitled "the Gregorian calendar and the lunar calendar" in December 1947 and published it publicly in February 1948.Several articles by Zhu Kezhen on the reform of the calendar not only promoted the popularization of the knowledge of calendar in the Republic of China, but also played a positive role in guiding the correction of some wrong tendencies in the reform of the calendar.
