【摘要】：本文對時間序列分析在醫(yī)院網(wǎng)絡營銷中的應用進行研究。介紹了武警某醫(yī)院網(wǎng)絡營銷的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題，通過運用時間序列分析方法，對網(wǎng)絡營銷部門的盈利情況進行預測，并提出了網(wǎng)站改進優(yōu)化的措施。具體內(nèi)容如下： 首先介紹了醫(yī)院網(wǎng)絡營銷的現(xiàn)狀,分析了網(wǎng)絡營銷和傳統(tǒng)營銷模式的區(qū)別，網(wǎng)絡營銷的核心，網(wǎng)絡營銷的現(xiàn)狀以及未來發(fā)展趨勢。 其次，介紹了武警某醫(yī)院網(wǎng)絡營銷現(xiàn)狀和所存在的問題：流量、訪問量較低，帶來不了較大轉(zhuǎn)化率，給實體醫(yī)院帶來的業(yè)務量較低，醫(yī)院網(wǎng)站設計缺乏營銷導向，訪客檔案管理工作缺失，信息檢索查詢功能不強，，網(wǎng)站可信度不是很高，網(wǎng)站過于追求美術(shù)效果而使得使用效果不明顯，各部門人員配置不合理。 最后，針對上述所列問題，提出了網(wǎng)絡營銷改進措施。對網(wǎng)頁欄目設置和版面布局也進行了改進；同時添加了浮動商務通窗口，更加有利于患者朋友的在線咨詢和預約；網(wǎng)站填充內(nèi)容從源頭抓起，開始填充高質(zhì)量文章；針對搜索引擎的收錄方法進行了網(wǎng)站優(yōu)化，更加符合搜索引擎的收錄原則，通過運用時間序列分析方法對網(wǎng)絡部各部門的盈利進行分析、預測，找出各部門的盈利能力和盈利水平之間的差異，進而合理調(diào)整人員配置，以期獲得利潤的提高。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the application of time series analysis in hospital network marketing. This paper introduces the present situation and existing problems of network marketing in a hospital of armed police, forecasts the profit situation of network marketing department by using time series analysis method, and puts forward some measures for improving and optimizing the website. The specific contents are as follows: firstly, the present situation of hospital network marketing is introduced, and the difference between network marketing and traditional marketing mode, the core of network marketing, the present situation of network marketing and the development trend in the future are analyzed. Secondly, it introduces the present situation and existing problems of network marketing in an armed police hospital: the flow rate, the number of visits are low, the conversion rate is not large, the business volume to the physical hospital is low, and the website design of the hospital is lack of marketing guidance. The lack of visitor file management, the lack of information retrieval and query function, the credibility of the website is not very high, the website too much pursuit of art effect, so that the use effect is not obvious, the staffing of various departments is unreasonable. Finally, in view of the problems listed above, the improvement measures of network marketing are put forward. At the same time, the floating business pass window is added, which is more beneficial to the online consultation and appointment of patients' friends, and the filling content of the website starts from the source and begins to fill in high-quality articles. Aiming at the collection method of search engine, the website is optimized, which is more in line with the principle of search engine collection. Through the use of time series analysis method, the profit of each department of the network department is analyzed and forecasted. Find out the difference between the profitability and profit level of each department, and then adjust the staffing reasonably in order to improve the profit.
