基于J2EE的古生物標本共享庫系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:At present, most schools, research units and museums still use traditional specimen bookkeeping methods for the management of paleontological fossils, minerals and other specimen banks. The traditional manual method can not satisfy the management of the specimen bank because of the increasing size of each unit's specimen bank at present. At the same time, the management method of bookkeeping specimen is also easy to cause the omission of specimen, difficult to retrieve and reuse, and unable to achieve the purpose of sharing resources and popularizing public science (except for specimens on public display in museums). The goal of this paper is to set up a multi-level user oriented specimen management system, which can provide professional units with the management function of specimen library and a search engine to support all kinds of information retrieval. On the basis of the above two functions, the establishment of a shared library, through multi-level users to share its resources (such as professional users share some research materials, ordinary enthusiasts share their specimens), can ultimately improve the value and knowledge of the use of specimens, The sharing of resources. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. Research on the needs of universities, scientific research institutions and electronic specimen management system. According to the research results, the requirements and objectives of the shared library system of paleontological specimens were analyzed. 2. According to the result of demand investigation, the system of specimen bank is constructed. To realize the function of electronic management of paleontological specimens for professional research institutions and ordinary fossil collectors. 3. The inquiry and retrieval methods of a large number of specimen data are discussed. Using Lucene open-source search engine to carry on the full-text retrieval to the specimen library. 4. Sharing and utilizing specimen resources and establishing the function of knowledge sharing. Not only professional users, but also fans can use the database, through the interaction between users to achieve the purpose of knowledge sharing. An online electronic museum can be established to provide a service platform for the spread of paleontological science. 5, this system uses the current mainstream Strurs Spring Hibernate architecture realization, uses the Maven as the project construction management tool, satisfies the system fast development and easy to expand. From the result of the whole system, it can meet the needs of specimen management and knowledge transmission, expand the scope of use of paleontological specimen library, and provide new ideas and references for scientific research institutions and popular science websites.
