【摘要】：通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查國內(nèi)公共圖書館、科研機構(gòu)圖書館和高校圖書館共計516家圖書館對網(wǎng)上免費專利信息資源不同層次的揭示和利用情況,詳細比較分析調(diào)查的結(jié)果,指出圖書館在專利信息開發(fā)利用上存在的問題,就圖書館充分開發(fā)利用網(wǎng)上免費專利信息資源提出培養(yǎng)專利信息服務(wù)人才、挖掘免費專利信息資源、開展專利信息服務(wù)、開發(fā)高效的專利信息搜索引擎等建議。
[Abstract]:This paper investigates 516 libraries of public libraries, scientific research institutes and colleges and universities in China through the Internet to reveal and utilize free patent information resources on the Internet at different levels, compares and analyzes the results of the investigation in detail, points out the problems existing in the development and utilization of patent information in libraries, and makes full use of the Internet in libraries. The free patent information resources proposed to train patent information service personnel, mining free patent information resources, developing patent information services, developing efficient patent information search engine and other suggestions.
