【摘要】："人肉搜索",即人肉搜索引擎,是指網(wǎng)民用提問、跟帖的方式來獲取搜索結(jié)果的網(wǎng)絡(luò)搜索方式。隨著更多的網(wǎng)民就某一"發(fā)問"參與跟帖并展開"人肉搜索",原本為了獲取答案的搜索行為卻演變成了一樁話語事件。訴諸情感和價(jià)值判斷的道德話語是建構(gòu)"人肉搜索"事件的主要話語類型,它不僅描述、反映了某個(gè)事件,更在搜索過程中推動(dòng)著現(xiàn)實(shí)世界事件的發(fā)展,這就是道德話語的生產(chǎn)性力量。"人肉搜索"中道德話語生產(chǎn)性力量的發(fā)揮并非純粹的、天然的,而是需要其他條件的,即中國(guó)的"泛道德主義"的儒家文化以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體提供的匿名性的傳播空間。在"泛道德主義"的儒家文化中,道德話語找到了喚起認(rèn)同、發(fā)揮作用的文化土壤;在匿名性的網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間中,搜索者身份的缺失以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)群氓的盲從心理使得中國(guó)式"人肉搜索"產(chǎn)生并興盛起來。然而,"人肉搜索"在維護(hù)社會(huì)道德的話語中,卻用了"反道德"的行為;在捍衛(wèi)道德的旗幟下,卻給被搜者造成了最不道德的傷害。這也許是中國(guó)式"人肉搜索"難以解決的悖論。
[Abstract]:"Human flesh search", that is, human flesh search engine, refers to the Internet search method that Internet users use questions and posts to obtain search results. As more Internet users take part in a post about a "question" and launch a "human flesh search", the search that was intended to obtain the answer has evolved into a discourse event. Moral discourse which appeals to emotion and value judgment is the main discourse type of constructing "human flesh search" event. It not only describes and reflects a certain event, but also promotes the development of real world events in the process of searching. This is the productive power of moral discourse. " The exertion of the productive power of moral discourse in Human flesh search is not pure and natural, but it needs other conditions, that is, the Confucian culture of "pan-moralism" in China and the anonymous communication space provided by network media. In the Confucian culture of "pan-moralism", moral discourse finds the cultural soil that evokes identity and plays a role; in the anonymous cyberspace, The lack of identity of searchers and the following mentality of the internet mob make the Chinese "human flesh search" flourish. However, "human flesh search" uses "anti-moral" behavior in the discourse of safeguarding social morality, but under the banner of defending morality, it causes the most immoral harm to the searched person. This may be a Chinese-style "human flesh search" difficult to solve the paradox.
