江蘇省三甲醫(yī)院網站現狀研究

【摘要】:目的 在國家醫(yī)改取得明顯成效的形勢下,三甲醫(yī)院作為江蘇省醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生行業(yè)的中堅力量,需要建立高水平的網站,滿足互聯網高度發(fā)展下日益增多的患者需求。本研究從分析醫(yī)院網站的概念、目的、必要性、現狀等方面入手,旨在通過理論研究和現場調查,了解江蘇省三甲醫(yī)院網站建設現狀和總體水平,明確、歸納三甲醫(yī)院網站建設的優(yōu)勢與不足,結合醫(yī)患雙方對醫(yī)院網站建設的認識、意見,探索江蘇省三甲醫(yī)院網站今后建設及完善的方向及模式,以期能夠在醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生體制改革的形勢下,進一步為醫(yī)院網站服務患者提供更好的建議。 方法 采用自編《江蘇省三甲醫(yī)院網站欄目統計表》,其中包括建站情況、醫(yī)院宣傳、患者服務三張分表,通過搜索引擎查找江蘇省全部50家三甲醫(yī)院的門戶網站進行欄目歸類統計,其中綜合醫(yī)院20家、中醫(yī)醫(yī)院11家、中西醫(yī)結合醫(yī)院2家、專科醫(yī)院17家。 采用自編的醫(yī)務人員和患者《三甲醫(yī)院網站建設現狀調查問卷》,對抽樣獲得的南京市6家三級甲等醫(yī)院醫(yī)務人員和患者隨機開展問卷調查。針對醫(yī)務人員和患者分別設計問卷,,問題大部分采用客觀選擇題,較少設有開放式問題。調查前對調查員進行培訓,統一標準,被調查對象當場填寫后回收。 結果與結論 1.江蘇省50家三甲醫(yī)院網站建站率100%,總體而言,這些網站內容詳實豐富、頁面大方簡潔、功能豐富實用,健康常識教育、就診指南、地理位置及交通信息欄目設置率最高,依次達到92%、88%,86%,而電子商務應用、科室網站、信息查詢、醫(yī)患溝通互動等設置率不高且實際應用不大,可以認為,江蘇省三甲醫(yī)院網站已基本由信息階段轉化為交互階段。 2.江蘇省網上預約掛號系統建設水平較高,84%被調查的醫(yī)院網站有預約掛號服務,多家城市已經建立了市級統一掛號系統,省級系統在建設中,雖還沒得到普遍應用,但其便捷性還是讓過半數的被調查的患者表示愿意嘗試。同時值得關注的是,預約服務在推行過程中,掛號成功率低、爽約率高等問題又同時困擾著醫(yī)院。 3.受問卷調查672名醫(yī)務人員,96.73%的人關注醫(yī)院網站,95.7%的被調查的者認為醫(yī)院網站比較重要及重要,醫(yī)務人員對網上溝通的各種方式還是持樂觀并愿意嘗試的態(tài)度。對于醫(yī)務人員,不論是管理者、醫(yī)生、護士、還是其他醫(yī)務工作者,醫(yī)院網站如可以增進醫(yī)患溝通、減少不必要的糾紛、簡化就診就醫(yī)流程等,能給他們節(jié)省時間與精力,而68.6%的被調查的者認為醫(yī)院管理者對醫(yī)院網站建設不太重視。 4.當前,患者獲得醫(yī)院信息的主要途徑還是熟人介紹方式,占全部被調查的者的72.38%,但也有42.84%的人表示網絡查詢也是獲取信息的重要途徑,患者肯定并重視醫(yī)院網站在方便就醫(yī)中起到的作用,46.1%的人表示醫(yī)院網站要不斷完善才能更好的滿足自己的就醫(yī)需求,同時,雖然患者愿意并要求加強與醫(yī)院的溝通與聯系,但由于當前大醫(yī)院醫(yī)務人員工作繁忙,三甲醫(yī)院網上互動溝通類欄目的時效性及答復質量不能得到保證,因此更多的患者選擇到醫(yī)院與醫(yī)務人員面對面溝通。 建議 醫(yī)院應充分利用醫(yī)務人員及患者對醫(yī)院網站建設持積極支持態(tài)度,進一步的落實并強化醫(yī)院管理者對醫(yī)院網站建設的關注與支持,應以患者為中心,提供個性化服務;醫(yī)院網站的語言版本有待豐富,擴大對外交流能力;應結合信息化建設,豐富信息共享與查詢功能內涵;應嘗試網站電子商務功能的開發(fā);應利用網站加強醫(yī)患網上交流,使醫(yī)院網站成為醫(yī)院服務的重要形式,成為醫(yī)患之間加強溝通理解的橋梁。 衛(wèi)生行政部門應注意結合本地醫(yī)院發(fā)展水平及患者需求情況,制定不同等級醫(yī)院網站考核具體指標,督促醫(yī)院管理者重視醫(yī)院網站建設,不斷提高醫(yī)院網站建設水平。

Method

Results and conclusions
