【摘要】：本文是針對(duì)搜索引擎在職稱論文自動(dòng)化審核中的作用進(jìn)行的研究。職稱論文的評(píng)審標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并不是如學(xué)位論文一樣嚴(yán)格，一般只要在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上查重就可以，即滿足簡(jiǎn)單查重?zé)o雷同就可以通過初審�；诼毞Q論文的這一特點(diǎn)，結(jié)合相關(guān)的免費(fèi)搜索工具，建立簡(jiǎn)單易用的論文審核系統(tǒng)是本文的研究目的。 自建論文評(píng)審系統(tǒng)主要為了解決以下實(shí)際問題：（1）正式論文查詢系統(tǒng)收費(fèi)較高。（2）正式論文查詢系統(tǒng)的查詢條件不適合職稱論文的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。（3）詳細(xì)比對(duì)還主要依賴于人工，效率較低。（4）如進(jìn)行全文比對(duì)，可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致不通過率過高。 本文通過對(duì)比分析當(dāng)前主流的搜索引擎技術(shù)，最終選用了谷歌網(wǎng)絡(luò)和桌面搜索工具，利用其提供的API接口與期刊審核系統(tǒng)連接，通過免費(fèi)的外接搜索核心，成功的解決了系統(tǒng)的主要功能——檢索查重。系統(tǒng)開發(fā)充分考慮到內(nèi)部期刊論文審核的特點(diǎn)，在保證查重準(zhǔn)確度的同時(shí)，沒有大幅度提高來稿不合格率。同時(shí)，系統(tǒng)還將編輯部的網(wǎng)上辦公功能一起納入了考慮，作者和編輯只需登錄系統(tǒng)便可以獲取自己需要的信息。 本文的研究解決了內(nèi)部期刊評(píng)審工作中的一些需求，，利用免費(fèi)的搜索引擎，打造可用可控的審核平臺(tái)，節(jié)約成本，完成工作，將軟件應(yīng)用發(fā)揮到極致，給工作帶來便利。
[Abstract]:This paper is aimed at the role of search engine in the automatic audit of professional title papers. The evaluation standard of professional title thesis is not as strict as a thesis. Generally, it can be checked on the Internet, that is to say, it can pass the first instance. Based on the characteristics of title papers and related free search tools, the purpose of this paper is to establish a simple and easy-to-use paper audit system. The main purpose of the self-built thesis review system is to solve the following practical problems: (1) the formal paper query system charges higher; (2) the query condition of the formal paper query system is not suitable for the standard of the title paper; (3) the detailed comparison also mainly depends on the manual. The efficiency is low. (4) if the full text is compared, the failure rate may be too high. By comparing and analyzing the current mainstream search engine technology, this paper selects Google Network and Desktop search tool, connects with the periodical audit system by the API interface it provides, and through the free external search core, Successfully solved the system's main function-search. The development of the system takes into account the characteristics of the internal periodical paper audit and ensures the accuracy of checking and at the same time does not greatly improve the failure rate of manuscripts. At the same time, the system also takes into account the online office functions of the editorial department, and the author and editor can only log in to the system to obtain the information they need. The research in this paper solves some needs in the internal periodical review, using the free search engine, to create a controllable audit platform, save costs, complete the work, bring the software application to the extreme, and bring convenience to the work.
