基于描述邏輯的用戶偏好建模方法研究

【摘要】:隨著互聯網的不斷發(fā)展,人們已經進入了信息化時代。網絡上的資源和信息量呈爆炸性的增長,這些信息在豐富人們生活的同時也給使用網絡的人們帶來了很多問題。過量的信息使得人們想從當中準確地找到自己需要的信息變得十分困難,用戶對信息的需求具有多樣性,Web搜索引擎并不能根據用戶的特點,為用戶提供具有個性化的服務。因此如何了解用戶意圖,掌握用戶的個性化信息,提供個性化服務成為一個亟待解決的問題。在個性化信息服務中,用戶模型是個性化服務研究的重點。個性化服務首先需要建立用戶模型,然后才能針對不同用戶提供個性化服務。傳統(tǒng)的用戶模型大都使用關鍵詞來表示用戶興趣,能夠表達的形式簡單,并且沒有考慮詞和詞之間內在的關聯,不能從語義上對信息進行理解。描述邏輯是基于對象的形式化的知識表達,具有良好的表達能力和可判定性,能夠在知識庫的概念之間進行語義關聯并利用推理能力對描述邏輯中的知識進行推理。針對以上問題,本文提出了基于描述邏輯用戶偏好建模方法。根據描述邏輯表達能力強的特點,將偏好以描述邏輯的形式進行表達,并對描述邏輯偏好表達的結構和內容進行說明和分析,對用戶偏好模型進行形式化的描述,為建模提供框架結構。在描述邏輯表達的偏好基礎上,對用戶偏好模型進行建模和更新等各種操作。描述邏輯具有強大的推理能力,通過描述邏輯的推理和偏好之間的語義關聯,從偏好模型建立和使用的角度,對模型中的沖突檢測、優(yōu)化表達,以及知識的獲取三方面進行推理分析。根據提出的方法,本文通過給出實例,對偏好模型的建立、偏好的更新以及偏好的推理三方面進行了實驗的驗證,并且通過實驗證明了方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the Internet, people have entered the information age. The amount of resources and information on the network increases explosively, which not only enriches people's lives, but also brings a lot of problems to people who use the network. Too much information makes it very difficult for people to find the information they need accurately. Web search engine can not provide users with personalized services according to the characteristics of users. Therefore, how to understand the user's intention, grasp the user's personalized information and provide personalized services has become a problem to be solved. In personalized information service, user model is the focus of personalized service research. The personalization service needs to establish the user model first, then can provide the personalization service to the different user. Most of the traditional user models use keywords to express user interest, which can express the interest of users simply, and do not consider the inherent relationship between words and words, so they can not understand the information from the semantic point of view. Description logic is a formal knowledge representation based on object. It has good expressive ability and decidability. It can correlate the concepts of knowledge base and use the reasoning ability to infer the knowledge in description logic. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a modeling method based on description logic for user preference. According to the strong expressive ability of description logic, preference is expressed in the form of description logic, the structure and content of description logic preference expression are explained and analyzed, and the user preference model is described formally. Provide framework structure for modeling. On the basis of describing the preference of logical expression, the user preference model is modeled and updated. Description logic has powerful reasoning ability. By describing the semantic relation between reasoning and preference of logic, from the perspective of establishing and using preference model, the conflict detection and expression in the model are optimized. And the acquisition of knowledge from three aspects of reasoning analysis. According to the proposed method, an example is given to verify the establishment of preference model, the renewal of preference and the reasoning of preference, and the feasibility of the method is proved by experiments.
