【摘要】：目的初步了解區(qū)域人口健康信息平臺(tái)上,公眾對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康教育的內(nèi)容和形式需求狀況,為進(jìn)一步開(kāi)發(fā)拓展平臺(tái)應(yīng)用提供依據(jù)。方法按第六次人口普查中廣州市12歲及以上人口的年齡、性別、學(xué)歷比例,采用配額抽樣的方法,在廣州市5個(gè)代表性醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)抽取患者的親友298名進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果通過(guò)手機(jī)或電腦上網(wǎng)獲取健康信息的調(diào)查對(duì)象占66.8%(其中20~39歲組占88.4%),遠(yuǎn)高于電視(44.0%)、隨診詢問(wèn)(17.4%)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)講座(6.4%);網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康信息來(lái)源主要是搜索引擎(59.3%);62.1%的調(diào)查對(duì)象傾向于利用個(gè)人電子健康檔案自動(dòng)關(guān)聯(lián)健康知識(shí)的形式來(lái)獲取信息;對(duì)與個(gè)人診療信息相關(guān)的健康教育信息類型需求前3位是醫(yī)學(xué)名詞解析(59.1%)、科普文章(49.7%)、電子圖書(shū)(27.2%);接收健康教育信息的方式需求的前3位是微信(58.1%)、短信(51.7%)、手機(jī)客戶端和電腦版網(wǎng)站(27.5%,19.1%)。結(jié)論調(diào)查對(duì)象使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)獲取健康信息的比例相對(duì)較高。區(qū)域人口健康信息平臺(tái)上的網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康教育功能建設(shè)宜重視醫(yī)學(xué)名詞知識(shí)庫(kù)、搜索引擎優(yōu)化、微信展示功能的開(kāi)發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the content and form demand of the network health education on the regional population health information platform, and to provide the basis for the further development and development of the platform.Methods according to the age, sex and educational background ratio of the population aged 12 and above in the sixth census of Guangzhou, 298 relatives and friends of the patients were selected from 5 representative medical institutions in Guangzhou with the method of quota sampling.Results 66.8 subjects got health information via mobile phone or computer (88.4% of them were aged 20 or 39, which was much higher than that of TV 44.0) and 6.44% of them were given on-site lectures, and 62.1% of the respondents were surveyed by search engine 59.3%.Access to information in the form of automatic association of health knowledge with personal electronic health files;The top three demands for the types of health education information related to individual diagnosis and treatment information are medical terminology analysis 59.1%, popular science articles 49.7%, e-books 27.22.The top 3 places for receiving health education information demand are WeChat 58.1%, SMS 51.7% and mobile phone customers.Duan and the computer version of the Web site 27. 5 and about 19. 1.Conclusion the proportion of health information obtained by internet is relatively high.The function construction of network health education on the regional population health information platform should attach importance to the development of medical noun knowledge base, search engine optimization and WeChat display function.
