    前言：本文在總結(jié)水利工程對生態(tài)環(huán)境的各種影響的基礎(chǔ)上,對水利工程所產(chǎn)生的生態(tài)問題從辯證法的角度進行了分析,從當代人與后代人之間的關(guān)系、人與自然的關(guān)系著手分析了水利工程生態(tài)問題的根源。水利建設(shè)與生態(tài)保護是一對矛盾對立統(tǒng)一體,人的主觀能動性能夠促進矛盾向好的方面轉(zhuǎn)化。
    This paper rationally analyses the ecological environment influences of hydraulic engineering and point out the root of that problem.It is that the relationship of contemporary person and their descendants and the relationship of humanity and nature is the key.Hydraulic engineering and ecology protection are incompatible entia and human's subjectivity can alleviate the conflict even solve that problem.
