特殊施工環(huán)境下渠道伸縮縫聚氨酯止水材料粘結(jié)性能的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:聚氨酯密封膠作為水工伸縮縫止水材料得到廣泛應(yīng)用。但在特殊環(huán)境和條件下,因施工環(huán)境溫度、伸縮縫界面潮濕或粘有污物等原因往往會(huì)降低聚氨酯止水材料的粘結(jié)性能。因此,針對(duì)聚氨酯止水材料施工中存在的問(wèn)題,開展了特殊施工環(huán)境下渠道伸縮縫聚氨酯止水材料粘結(jié)性能的試驗(yàn)研究。通過(guò)試驗(yàn)研究得出以下結(jié)論:(1)雙組份聚氨酯止水材料的粘結(jié)性能,在施工前混合攪拌工序中受攪拌時(shí)間和環(huán)境溫度的影響較大。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):雙組份聚氨酯止水材料的粘結(jié)性能隨攪拌時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)而提高;環(huán)境溫度越低雙組份聚氨酯止水材料的攪拌難度越大、施工越困難、攪拌均勻程度越差、粘結(jié)性能越差。當(dāng)環(huán)境溫度為15℃~25℃時(shí),充分?jǐn)嚢钑r(shí)間應(yīng)≥5min,才能保證雙組份聚氨酯止水材料具有足夠的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度;當(dāng)環(huán)境溫度為≤2℃時(shí),即使充分?jǐn)嚢钑r(shí)間達(dá)到10 min,也難以保證雙組份聚氨酯止水材料的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度和質(zhì)量;低溫環(huán)境下采用摻加柴油的方法雖然在一定程度上能夠稀釋雙組份聚氨酯拌合物,便于攪拌、混合均勻,但施工后聚氨酯止水材料的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度會(huì)顯著降低。(2)混凝土伸縮縫界面粘有灰塵、干燥泥土、潮濕泥土、油污時(shí)會(huì)降低聚氨酯材料的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度,降低程度分別為21.71%、16.82%、43.43%、33.15%。對(duì)于粘有灰塵界面,采用“涂刷界面劑”、“毛刷處理”、“毛刷處理+界面劑”和“吹風(fēng)機(jī)”四種處理方式可以有效改善界面粘結(jié)性能,其中“毛刷處理5遍+界面劑”措施的效果最佳;對(duì)于粘有干燥泥土界面,采用“鋼刷+吹風(fēng)機(jī)+界面劑”、“鋼刷+吹風(fēng)機(jī)”兩種方式可以有效改善界面粘結(jié)性能。(3)采用“涂刷界面劑”措施對(duì)粘有浮塵界面有明顯效果,但對(duì)粘有泥土界面無(wú)效。(4)粘結(jié)界面潮濕會(huì)明顯降低聚氨酯材料的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度,降低程度主要取決于界面含水率,含水率越高,降低程度越大。界面含水率在2.074%~4.197%范圍內(nèi),聚氨酯材料的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度下降15.32%~28.76%。對(duì)于潮濕混凝土伸縮縫界面,施工前,在環(huán)境溫度為≥20℃時(shí)采取自然晾曬5 h或?qū)ι炜s縫界面噴烤處理20遍可以降低界面含水率,提高聚氨酯材料的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度。(5)養(yǎng)護(hù)環(huán)境對(duì)聚氨酯材料的粘結(jié)性能也產(chǎn)生影響。相同施工情況下,施工后在潮濕養(yǎng)護(hù)環(huán)境下的聚氨酯材料粘結(jié)性能比干燥養(yǎng)護(hù)環(huán)境明顯下降。(6)聚氨酯材料粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度隨干燥養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)而提高。聚氨酯材料在經(jīng)過(guò)不同干燥養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間后承擔(dān)輸水任務(wù),聚氨酯材料的粘結(jié)性能會(huì)有所下降,下降程度隨干燥養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)而減小。
[Abstract]:Polyurethane sealant is widely used as hydraulic expansion joint watertight material. However, under special environment and conditions, the adhesive properties of polyurethane watertight materials are often reduced due to the temperature of construction environment, the wet interface of expansion joints or the adhesion of dirt. Therefore, in view of the problems existing in the construction of polyurethane watertight materials, an experimental study was carried out on the adhesive properties of polyurethane watertight materials for channel expansion joints under special construction conditions. The following conclusions are drawn from the experimental study: the bindability of two-component polyurethane watertight materials is greatly affected by mixing time and ambient temperature before construction. The results show that the adhesive property of the two-component polyurethane watertight material increases with the prolongation of stirring time, and the lower the ambient temperature, the greater the mixing difficulty of the two-component polyurethane watertight material, the more difficult the construction is, and the worse the mixing uniformity is.
