基于收斂-約束法的隧洞縱向變形演化規(guī)律研究與支護時機估算

【摘要】:依托某供水工程輸水隧洞建立三維數(shù)值模型,采用有限差分法和Mohr-Coulomb屈服準則進行施工開挖過程的數(shù)值模擬,研究不同圍巖條件下隧洞支護時機的估算。首先,基于收斂-約束法進行隧洞開挖推進過程中的變形規(guī)律研究,分析監(jiān)測斷面的圍巖變形特征,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)圍巖位移的收斂規(guī)律與圍巖質(zhì)量相關(guān),提出隧洞縱向變形曲線的修正公式。然后,采用一步挖穿分期釋放的模擬方法,研究監(jiān)測斷面位移隨開挖荷載釋放的變化規(guī)律,以相同的位移釋放系數(shù)為出發(fā)點,構(gòu)建,開挖面推進距離與荷載釋放率之間的關(guān)系,并將對應(yīng)的圍巖位移陡增點作為施加支護的推薦時機,得出不同圍巖條件下施加支護與開挖面之間的控制距離。研究結(jié)果表明,提出的縱向變形公式相關(guān)參數(shù)確定過程簡單,擬合效果良好,推薦的支護與開挖面之間的控制距離符合工程實際規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:Based on the three-dimensional numerical model of a water conveyance tunnel in a water supply project, finite difference method and Mohr-Coulomb yield criterion are used to simulate the excavation process in order to estimate the time of tunnel support under different surrounding rock conditions. Firstly, based on the convergence-constraint method, the deformation law during tunnel excavation is studied, and the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock of monitoring section are analyzed. It is found that the convergence law of surrounding rock displacement is related to the quality of surrounding rock. The correction formula of tunnel longitudinal deformation curve is put forward. Then, the simulation method of one-step excavating and releasing by stages is used to study the law of monitoring the variation of cross-section displacement with excavation load release. Taking the same displacement release coefficient as the starting point, the relationship between the advancing distance of excavated face and the load release rate is constructed. The corresponding displacement increase point of surrounding rock is taken as the recommended time to apply support, and the control distance between supporting and excavating surface under different surrounding rock conditions is obtained. The research results show that the proposed longitudinal deformation formula is simple to determine the parameters and the fitting effect is good. The recommended control distance between support and excavating surface accords with the actual engineering law.
