摘要:
高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田是近年來(lái)我國(guó)新提出并大力倡導(dǎo)的現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展模式,,目前對(duì)高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田水利工程環(huán)境影響后評(píng)價(jià),尚未形成一套合理適用的指標(biāo)體系。運(yùn)用AHP法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法進(jìn)行高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田水利工程環(huán)境影響后評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系研究,選取水環(huán)境、土壤環(huán)境、生態(tài)系統(tǒng)、人居環(huán)境4方面作為準(zhǔn)則層,提出氧平衡因素化學(xué)耗氧量(C()D)、地下水埋深、排水設(shè)施完善程度等51項(xiàng)指標(biāo)。
Abstract:
High standard farmland is a modem agricultural development mode recently advanced and strongly advocated in China. However, the current post-evaluation of environmental impact of high standard irrigation and drainage schemes has not formed a set of reasonable and applicable index system. In this paper, the AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are applied to study the post-evaluation index system for environmental impact of high standard irrigation and drainage schemes. Four respects, in- cluding water environment, soil environment, ecological systems and human settlements environment, are selected as the rule layer, and 51 indicators, such as the oxygen balance based chemical oxygen demand (COD), the depth of groundwater level, the perfection degree of drainage facilities, et al. , are finally developed in this paper.
