文章摘要梯級(jí)建設(shè)環(huán)境下水電工程施工導(dǎo)流系統(tǒng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)受到上游梯級(jí)洪水蓄泄和下游梯級(jí)水庫(kù)運(yùn)行的影響。基于對(duì)上游已建梯級(jí)、區(qū)間洪水、支流匯入、上游在建梯級(jí)和下游在建梯級(jí)等主要組成部分的影響分析,計(jì)入上游水庫(kù)調(diào)蓄、區(qū)間河槽調(diào)蓄作用,,考慮天然洪水、上游梯級(jí)泄流能力、支流匯入洪水及其疊加方式、區(qū)間洪水、下游梯級(jí)回水和施工導(dǎo)流系統(tǒng)泄流能力等不確定性因素,按影響次序疊加得到施工洪水,以洪水下泄過程模擬為主要的因素耦合方式,建立梯級(jí)建設(shè)環(huán)境下水電工程施工導(dǎo)流風(fēng)險(xiǎn)測(cè)度模型,應(yīng)用Monte-Carlo方法求解風(fēng)險(xiǎn)度。研究成果為金沙江下游白鶴灘電站施工導(dǎo)流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)決策提供了參考。

AbstrRisks in a construction and diversion system of hydropower project with cascaded reservoirs depend on the flood control of upstream reservoirs and downstream reservoir operation and environmental control. This paper develops a diversion risk evaluation model that simulates flood discharge process to couple the major factors, such as upstream water release, interval-basin flood, branch afflux, and construction of upstream and downstream stations, upstream reservoir regulation, river channel storage, and uncertainties in natural flood, upstream station discharge capacity, branch afflux and its superposition method, interval-basin flood, downstream reservoir backwater level, and construction diversion system. This model uses Monte-Carlo Method to evaluate diversion risk. The present study provides references for the decisions on the diversion standard of Baihetan project on the lower Jinsha River.
