【摘要】：節(jié)水型社會的建設(shè)是我國城市建設(shè)中的一個重要舉措,通過對雨水管理凈化和再利用,減少城市水質(zhì)凈化成本,降低市政管網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)投入,促進(jìn)人與自然的和諧相處。而LID技術(shù)(Low impact development),則是通過小型、易建造及維護(hù)成本低的設(shè)施,從而為實現(xiàn)面源污染控制、洪峰削減、維持景觀生態(tài)及水土保持等多種功能而存在。本文通過文獻(xiàn)研究、實證研究與對比、邏輯思維研究等方法,將理論研究與實際應(yīng)用設(shè)計相結(jié)合起來。對LID理論和技術(shù)的發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行分析研究,分析國內(nèi)外不同城市不同空間中LID技術(shù)應(yīng)用方法,總結(jié)LID技術(shù)主要形式、功能、結(jié)構(gòu)。本文通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)資料的收集和現(xiàn)場調(diào)研,從嘉善本地區(qū)域條件和發(fā)展必要性出發(fā),對嘉善城市公園中的LID技術(shù)應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了基礎(chǔ)性的調(diào)查。同時研究LID技術(shù)現(xiàn)階段在嘉善城市公園中的應(yīng)用狀況,從普及率、規(guī)格、成效等方面與周邊城市成功案例進(jìn)行了分析對比,發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)階段嘉善城市公園LID技術(shù)所面臨的問題。本文最后提出應(yīng)該讓政府和專業(yè)技術(shù)人員關(guān)注LID技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,從政府政策引導(dǎo)、完善法律體系、加強(qiáng)鼓勵制度、培養(yǎng)技術(shù)型人才和加大宣傳力度等方面,因地制宜的倡導(dǎo)嘉善城市公園綠地中LID技術(shù)的應(yīng)用。同時形成大致的LID技術(shù)應(yīng)用導(dǎo)則,為嘉善LID技術(shù)應(yīng)用提供一定的參考方向。
[Abstract]:The construction of water-saving society is an important measure in the urban construction of our country. By managing the purification and reuse of Rain Water, we can reduce the cost of urban water quality purification and reduce the economic input of municipal pipe network. To promote harmony between man and nature. LID technology is low impact development, which is reduced by Hong Feng to achieve non-point source pollution control through small, easy to build and maintain low-cost facilities. Maintenance of landscape ecology and soil and water conservation and other functions exist in this paper through literature research, empirical research and comparison, logical thinking research and other methods, Combining theoretical research with practical application design, this paper analyzes the development course of LID theory and technology, analyzes the application methods of LID technology in different space of different cities at home and abroad, summarizes the main forms and functions of LID technology. Structure. Through the collection of network data and field investigation, this paper starts from the local conditions and the necessity of development of Jiashan. This paper makes a basic investigation on the application of LID technology in Jiashan City Park. At the same time, it studies the application of LID technology in Jiashan City Park at the present stage. After analyzing and comparing with the successful cases of the surrounding cities, the paper finds out the problems facing the LID technology in Jiashan City Park at the present stage. Finally, this paper proposes that the government and technical personnel should pay attention to the application of LID technology. From the government policy guidance, consummates the legal system, strengthens the encouragement system, trains the technical talented person and strengthens the propaganda and so on aspect, The author advocates the application of LID technology in the green space of Jiashan City Park according to local conditions. At the same time, it forms the general guidelines for the application of LID technology, which provides a certain reference direction for the application of LID technology in Jiashan City Park.
