A公司倉管員崗位管理研究

隨著我國(guó)央企不斷發(fā)展壯大和改革不斷深入,國(guó)資委積極引導(dǎo)、推動(dòng)中央企業(yè)進(jìn)行內(nèi)部資源整合,A公司作為國(guó)內(nèi)某三大石油公司之一的二級(jí)單位,也積極推進(jìn)內(nèi)部管理體制機(jī)制改革,開展倉管員統(tǒng)一管理改革工作,對(duì)其下屬所有子公司的倉管員進(jìn)行整合。筆者運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法、訪談法、案例分析法,結(jié)合企業(yè)重組、人力資源整合、人力資源制度建設(shè)相關(guān)理論,對(duì)A公司倉管員崗位人力資源數(shù)據(jù)資料進(jìn)行全面、系統(tǒng)、準(zhǔn)確的分析研究,梳理出A公司在倉管員崗位人力資源的現(xiàn)狀,在此基礎(chǔ)上,找準(zhǔn)A公司在倉管員崗位人力資源整合存在的問題;針對(duì)所存在的問題,結(jié)合A公司的問題,結(jié)合相關(guān)理論,運(yùn)用訪談法,從文化、人力資源制度建設(shè)及整合過程出發(fā),提出A公司在倉管員崗位整合中的人力資源制度建設(shè)解決對(duì)策。希望通過本研究,能為A公司提供參考,并為其他央企內(nèi)部資源整合重組遇到的人力資源制度建設(shè)工作提供一定的借鑒。
