【摘要】：當前石油化工煉油廠使用的高溫介質(zhì)泵大部分使用的是金屬波紋管機械密封,機械密封的動、靜環(huán)接觸面上的摩擦熱容易造成干摩擦或產(chǎn)生較大的溫度梯度,從而使密封環(huán)產(chǎn)生過大的熱應力導致密封端面磨損變形,嚴重時會出現(xiàn)熱裂紋,造成機械密封的嚴重泄漏。本文結(jié)合具體實例詳細介紹了金屬波紋管機械密封的結(jié)構(gòu)原理,并對金屬波紋管機械密封端面溫度及應力場進行了模擬分析研究,提出了改進措施,對于機械密封的設計和制造及其應用具有理論指導和現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:At present, most of the high temperature medium pumps used in petrochemical refineries use metal bellows mechanical seal, the movement of mechanical seal, the friction heat on the contact surface of static ring is easy to cause dry friction or produce large temperature gradient, which leads to excessive thermal stress of seal ring, resulting in wear and deformation of seal end face, and in serious cases, thermal crack will occur, resulting in serious leakage of mechanical seal. In this paper, the structure principle of metal bellows mechanical seal is introduced in detail with a concrete example, and the temperature and stress field of the end face of metal bellows mechanical seal are simulated and studied, and the improvement measures are put forward, which has theoretical guidance and practical significance for the design, manufacture and application of mechanical seal.
