常減壓蒸餾裝置電脫鹽優(yōu)化操作及技術研究

【摘要】:介紹了某常減壓蒸餾裝置高速電脫鹽工藝運行狀況,針對進口原油種類、混煉比例變化較為頻繁的工況,優(yōu)化確定電脫鹽混合強度和溫度的操作優(yōu)化區(qū)間,確定反相破乳劑和增脫劑的投加量。結果表明,當一級進口和二級進口的混合壓差控制為50 k Pa和60 k Pa、電脫鹽溫度控制在125℃、反相破乳劑投加量35μg/g、增脫劑投加量40.5μg/g時,脫前鹽含量下降至15.68 mg/L,脫后原油平均值下降至1.84 mg/L,脫除率91.5%,含鹽3 mg/L合格率100%、2 mg/L以下為74.24%,金屬離子下降74.8%,裝置腐蝕控制良好,外排污水達到環(huán)保指標要求。
