【摘要】：中國(guó)石化上海高橋分公司3.0Mt/a柴油加氫裝置為適應(yīng)生產(chǎn)國(guó)Ⅴ排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)柴油需要,結(jié)合公司加氫精制原料分配情況和柴油生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了裝置改造。改造后,裝置滿負(fù)荷(285t/h)生產(chǎn)標(biāo)定結(jié)果表明:以56.14%直餾柴油、35.09%焦化汽柴油及8.77%催化裂化柴油組成的混合原料,在體積空速1.05h~(-1)、高壓分離器壓力6.51 MPa、氫油體積比540、原反應(yīng)器(R1101)入口溫度315℃、R1101床層平均溫度353℃、第二反應(yīng)器(R1102)入口溫度346℃、R1102床層平均溫度348℃的操作條件下,精制柴油硫質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)達(dá)到8μg/g以下,十六烷值提高7.7個(gè)單位,達(dá)到51.9,各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)完全達(dá)到國(guó)Ⅴ排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of producing country V emission standard diesel oil, the 3.0Mt/a diesel hydrogenation unit of Sinopec Shanghai Gaoqiao Branch was revamped according to the distribution of hydrorefined raw materials and the present situation of diesel oil production. After revamping, the calibration results of full load (285t/h) production show that the mixed feedstock composed of 56.14% straight-run diesel oil, 35.09% coking gasoline diesel and 8.77% catalytic cracking diesel oil, the volume space velocity is 1.05h ~ (- 1), the pressure of high pressure separator is 6.51 MPa, hydrogen / oil volume ratio 540, the inlet temperature of the original reactor (R1101) is 315 鈩，
