吳起—延煉輸油管道陰極保護(hù)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀分析及優(yōu)化運(yùn)行研究

【摘要】:隨著石油的廣泛應(yīng)用,石油運(yùn)輸在石油行業(yè)起著至關(guān)重要的作用。相比于槽車、船舶運(yùn)輸,管道輸送成本低,效率高,建設(shè)周期短,占地少,安全無污染,已經(jīng)成為世界各個(gè)油氣等流體的主要輸送方式之一。腐蝕是造成長(zhǎng)輸原油管道失效的重要因素之一,陰極保護(hù)方法是埋地管道防腐蝕的有效方法。本文通過研究吳起-延煉輸油管道陰極保護(hù)系統(tǒng),綜述了陰極保護(hù)系統(tǒng)的原理及3種陰極保護(hù)方法,即犧牲陽(yáng)極陰極保護(hù)法、外加電流陰極保護(hù)法及排流保護(hù)法,并概述了國(guó)內(nèi)外目前在陰極保護(hù)方法領(lǐng)域研究的現(xiàn)狀,說明了陰極保護(hù)方法在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中復(fù)雜多樣性。因此本文通過對(duì)長(zhǎng)為402.55公里的吳起-延煉輸油管道陰極保護(hù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行檢測(cè),結(jié)果顯示共有240個(gè)測(cè)試樁的電位在保護(hù)電位內(nèi);應(yīng)用RD-PCM電流測(cè)繪系統(tǒng)對(duì)防腐層漏電檢測(cè)進(jìn)行檢測(cè),結(jié)果顯示共有漏電處285處:通過對(duì)管道地面裝置及管道位置走向檢測(cè),結(jié)果顯示部分測(cè)試樁存在外露、無警告牌等現(xiàn)象;對(duì)電流測(cè)試及土壤腐蝕性測(cè)定,監(jiān)測(cè)8小時(shí)結(jié)果顯示電流曲線平穩(wěn),并未發(fā)現(xiàn)雜散電流干擾跡象;對(duì)管道開挖選擇了三個(gè)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行開挖檢測(cè)研究,分別是1#、4#、9#坑,開挖后進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)測(cè),數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果評(píng)定合格。通過對(duì)上述吳起-延煉輸油管道陰極保護(hù)系統(tǒng)的檢測(cè)研究,對(duì)檢測(cè)問題進(jìn)行分析及給出整改意見,優(yōu)化了該陰極保護(hù)系統(tǒng),保證了該陰極保護(hù)系統(tǒng)的的正常有效的運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of oil, oil transportation plays an important role in the oil industry. Compared with tank car and ship transportation, pipeline transportation has become one of the main transportation modes of oil and gas in the world because of its low cost, high efficiency, short construction cycle, less occupation of land, safety and no pollution. Corrosion is one of the important factors causing the failure of long-distance crude oil pipeline, and cathodic protection method is an effective method to prevent corrosion of buried pipeline. In this paper, the principle of cathodic protection system and three kinds of cathodic protection methods, namely, sacrifice anode cathodic protection, applied current cathodic protection and discharge protection, are reviewed by studying the cathodic protection system of Wuqi-Yanling oil pipeline, and the present research situation in the field of cathodic protection methods at home and abroad is summarized, and the complexity and diversity of cathodic protection methods in practical application are explained. Therefore, the cathodic protection system of Wuqi-Yanling pipeline, which is 402.55 kilometers long, is tested in this paper. the results show that the potential of 240 test piles is within the protection potential. RD-PCM current mapping system is used to detect the leakage of anticorrosion coating. The results show that there are 285 leakage places: through the detection of pipeline ground device and pipeline position, the results show that some of the test piles are exposed and there is no warning board, and for the current test and soil corrosion measurement, the monitoring results show that the current curve is stable and no sign of stray current interference is found. Three points are selected for pipeline excavation to carry on the excavation inspection research, respectively is 1, 4, 9 # pit, after excavation carries on the data measurement, the data result evaluation is qualified. Through the detection and research of the cathodic protection system of Wuqi-Yanling pipeline, the detection problem is analyzed and the rectification suggestions are given. The cathodic protection system is optimized to ensure the normal and effective operation of the cathodic protection system.
