新型液化氣脫硫劑的吸附與再生性能研究

【摘要】:采用等體積浸漬法,以ZSM-5分子篩為載體負載具有加氫活性的金屬鎢和鎳制備了系列脫硫劑,以二甲基二硫的正己烷溶液為模型液化氣,采用固定床吸附評價方法,考察了金屬負載量、吸附溫度、吸附壓力及液態(tài)空速(LHSV)對吸附劑穿透硫容(CS)的影響及加氫工藝條件對脫硫劑再生性能的影響。實驗結(jié)果表明,隨著金屬負載量的增加,脫硫劑的CS呈現(xiàn)先增大后減小的趨勢,當負載15%(w)WO_3和3%(w)NiO(FL-3)時,脫硫效果最佳;結(jié)合BET分析及脫硫劑CS數(shù)據(jù)可知物理吸附與化學吸附同時存在。最優(yōu)吸附條件為:25℃,1 MPa,LHSV=1 h~(-1);最優(yōu)再生條件為:200℃,2 MPa,H2氣態(tài)空速為1 000 h~(-1),脫硫劑可充分再生。
[Abstract]:A series of desulphurizers were prepared by equal volume immersion method using ZSM-5 molecular sieves as carriers to support metal tungsten and nickel with hydrogenation activity. the n-hexane solution of dimethyl disulfide was used as model liquefied gas and the fixed bed adsorption evaluation method was adopted. The effects of metal loading, adsorption temperature, adsorption pressure and liquid space velocity (LHSV) on the penetrating sulfur capacity (CS) of adsorbents and the effects of hydrogenation conditions on the regeneration performance of desulphurizer were investigated. The experimental results show that with the increase of metal loading, the CS of desulphurizer increases at first and then decreases. When 15% (w) WO_3 and 3% (w) NiO (FL-3 are loaded, the desulphurization effect is the best.
