【摘要】：研制出一種新型清潔自轉(zhuǎn)向酸體系,通過一系列室內(nèi)實驗研究,對該配方的酸化工藝性能進行了研究,并總結(jié)了針對一套清潔自轉(zhuǎn)向酸的性能評價實驗方法。結(jié)果表明,該體系配伍性良好,腐蝕速度≤4.5 g/(m~2·h),穩(wěn)定鐵離子能力≥45 mg/m L,表面張力≤29 m N/m。當鹽酸濃度為15%~20%時,鮮酸黏度在10 m Pa·s左右,當鹽酸含量為4%時殘酸黏度達到最高值140 m Pa·s以上,體現(xiàn)了體系良好的室內(nèi)性能,對碳酸鹽巖酸化具有很強的實際意義。
