熱德拜油田側(cè)鉆水平井挖潛技術(shù)研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:側(cè)鉆水平井技術(shù)作為一種利用油田報(bào)廢井,大幅度提高油氣采收率,降低油氣開采綜合成本,提高儲(chǔ)量動(dòng)用程度,挖潛增產(chǎn)的一項(xiàng)重要技術(shù)手段,在延長(zhǎng)油氣井使用壽命、降低生產(chǎn)成本、改善井網(wǎng)、提高老油區(qū)開發(fā)效果等方面發(fā)揮了重要作用,目前在國內(nèi)外油田后期開發(fā)過程中越來越受到重視。熱德拜油田經(jīng)過三十多年的開發(fā),油田生產(chǎn)面臨高含水(平均66%)、單井產(chǎn)量低(平均6t)的嚴(yán)峻形勢(shì),因此在熱德拜油田引進(jìn)和推廣側(cè)鉆水平井技術(shù),利用側(cè)鉆水平井抑制含水、降低生產(chǎn)壓差、提高油井產(chǎn)能等優(yōu)勢(shì),充分挖掘關(guān)停井、套損井、低產(chǎn)井、高含水井潛力,提高老井的利用率、儲(chǔ)量動(dòng)用程度和采油速度,改善油田開發(fā)效果。本文在通過對(duì)熱德拜油田的油藏的地質(zhì)特征、各層注采動(dòng)態(tài)及生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀分析研究后,落實(shí)油田的主力產(chǎn)油層,結(jié)合油田各層開發(fā)動(dòng)態(tài)分析以及各層剩余可采油情況,篩選出油田側(cè)鉆挖潛目標(biāo)層位,進(jìn)行剩余油分析,從而選出側(cè)鉆目標(biāo)井,針對(duì)目標(biāo)井的具體情況,設(shè)計(jì)A、B靶點(diǎn)海拔深度及水平段長(zhǎng)度;通過對(duì)側(cè)鉆井的實(shí)施表明側(cè)鉆水平井技術(shù)對(duì)提高熱德拜生產(chǎn)能力、降低老油田開發(fā)成本具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,該技術(shù)可成為最有效的增產(chǎn)措施之一,進(jìn)一步在MMG的其他油田中進(jìn)行推廣。
[Abstract]:Sidetracking horizontal well technology, as an important technical means to greatly improve oil and gas recovery, reduce the comprehensive cost of oil and gas production, improve the degree of reserve production and increase production by tapping potential, is used to prolong the service life of oil and gas wells. Reducing production cost, improving well pattern and improving the development effect of old oil area have played an important role, and more attention has been paid to it in the later development process of oil fields at home and abroad. After more than 30 years of development, the oil field production is facing the severe situation of high water cut (average 66%) and low single well production (average 6 t). Therefore, the sidetracking horizontal well technology is introduced and popularized in Gedeba Oilfield. Taking advantage of sidetracking horizontal wells to restrain water cut, reduce production pressure difference, improve oil well productivity, fully tap the potential of closed wells, casing damaged wells, low production wells, high water cut wells, improve the utilization rate of old wells, reserve production degree and production speed, Improve the effect of oil field development. After analyzing and studying the geological characteristics, injection-production performance and production status of the reservoir in Gedeba Oilfield, this paper implements the main production layer of the oil field, combined with the analysis of the development performance of each layer of the oil field and the remaining recoverable situation of each layer. The target horizon of sidetracking is screened out, and the remaining oil is analyzed, so as to select the sidetracking target well. According to the specific situation of the target well, the altitude depth and horizontal section length of A, B target are designed. The implementation of contralateral drilling shows that sidetracking horizontal well technology is of practical significance to improve the production capacity of Gedebye and reduce the development cost of old oilfields. This technology can become one of the most effective measures to increase production. It is further popularized in other oil fields of MMG.
