深層致密砂礫巖氣藏雙分支水平井有效動用研究

【摘要】:目前,大慶油田處于“4000萬噸穩(wěn)產”關鍵時期,“以氣補油,天然氣快速上產”是油田穩(wěn)產的最有效途徑之一。但砂礫巖264億儲量(1998年開始陸續(xù)提交儲量),一直因單井產量低、穩(wěn)產能力差無法動用。沙河子致密砂礫巖資源量在2600億以上,是第3個1000億的主要目標區(qū)。已勘探10年以上,一直未有突破。制約致密砂礫巖氣藏有效開發(fā)的難點主要是:一是砂礫巖儲層埋藏深、致密低滲透,儲層橫向變化快,準確找到砂礫巖儲層甜點區(qū)難度大,氣井產量低、穩(wěn)產能力差,常規(guī)水平井壓裂動用儲量范圍有限,尚無有效提高產能的開發(fā)方式;二是營四段砂礫巖儲層直井和水平井壓后增產效果不理想,存在礫塊碎落堵塞縫口,壓裂施工困難,儲層難以得到有效改造的問題。因此為了進一步提高大慶油田深層致密砂礫巖的整體動用程度,擴大此類油氣藏的開采程度,改善開發(fā)效果,提高產量,降低成本,需要開展適合低滲儲層壓裂的分支水平井完井增產工藝技術研究。主要的研究思路是首先針對儲層特征,通過評價優(yōu)選有利區(qū)塊,部署實施分支水平井,形成安全有效、生產周期較長的完井管柱,增加井控儲量。其次是根據實際鉆遇巖層和完井情況,開展多段分層規(guī)模壓裂工藝試驗。通過研究,形成了“相控”有效儲層綜合預測技術、鉆具優(yōu)化組合、完井工具重入及密封、完井與壓裂配套技術、雙分支井體積壓裂優(yōu)化設計方法、鉆完井、壓裂一體化運行模式等關鍵技術。實驗完成后,形成的分支水平井增產措施可初步滿足低滲致密儲層有效開發(fā)的需要。
[Abstract]:At present, Daqing Oilfield is in the critical period of "stable production of 40 million tons". "replenishing oil with gas and rapid production of natural gas" is one of the most effective ways to stabilize production in Daqing Oilfield. However, the 26.4 billion reserves of sand gravel (which began to be submitted one after another in 1998) have been unable to be used because of the low production of single well and the poor stable production capacity. The resources of Shahezi dense gravel are more than 260 billion, which is the third 100 billion main target area. It has been explored for more than 10 years and there has been no breakthrough. The main difficulties restricting the effective development of tight gravel gas reservoir are as follows: first, the sand gravel reservoir is buried deep, tight and low permeability, the lateral change of reservoir is fast, it is difficult to find the sweet point area of sand gravel reservoir accurately, the gas well production is low, and the stable production ability is poor. The range of fracturing reserves in conventional horizontal wells is limited, and there is no effective development method to improve productivity. Second, the effect of increasing production after straight well and horizontal well pressure in the fourth member of Yingying formation is not ideal, there are some problems, such as gravel fragmentation and blockage of fracture, difficult fracturing construction, and it is difficult to effectively transform the reservoir. Therefore, in order to further improve the overall production degree of deep tight gravel in Daqing Oilfield, expand the exploitation degree of this kind of oil and gas reservoirs, improve the development effect, increase the production and reduce the cost, It is necessary to carry out the research on the production technology of branch horizontal wells suitable for fracturing in low permeability reservoirs. The main research ideas are as follows: first of all, according to the reservoir characteristics, through the evaluation and optimization of favorable blocks, the deployment and implementation of branch horizontal wells, the formation of safe and effective, long production cycle completion string, increase well-controlled reserves. Secondly, according to the actual drilling and completion of rock strata, the multi-stage scale fracturing process test is carried out. Through the research, the effective reservoir comprehensive prediction technology of "phase control", the optimal combination of drilling tools, the reentry and sealing of completion tools, the matching technology of completion and fracturing, the optimal design method of backlogs of double branch wells, and the completion of wells are formed. Key technologies such as fracturing integrated operation mode. After the completion of the experiment, the measures to increase production of branch horizontal wells can initially meet the needs of effective development of low permeability tight reservoirs.
