油井水泥無氯促凝早強劑的研制與現(xiàn)場試驗

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)的復合早強劑中通常含氯鹽,不適用于AMPS類水泥漿體系,且水泥石高溫下長期強度會出現(xiàn)衰退現(xiàn)象,同時對套管有腐蝕作用。針對這些問題,研發(fā)出一種復配的無氯促凝早強劑,以硫酸鈉、鋁酸鈉、甲酸鈣和氧化鈣,按照質(zhì)量比1∶1∶1∶1均勻混合而成。實驗結(jié)果表明:該早強劑適用于PVA類和AMPS類水泥漿體系;可使油井水泥在30℃低溫下,8 h強度達3.5 MPa,稠化時間縮短至80 min以內(nèi),初凝時間縮短至90 min以內(nèi),初終凝過渡時間縮短至10 min以內(nèi),有利于油氣井的防竄。該早強劑在大港油田板37-15井?139.7 mm生產(chǎn)套管固井中得到成功應(yīng)用,固井質(zhì)量優(yōu)質(zhì)率達81.2%,合格率達93.5%。
