清潔壓裂液破膠液驅油體系研究

【摘要】:針對壓裂液返排液液量大、處理難度大、處理費用高及污染環(huán)境的問題,本文在考察粘彈性表面活性劑(VES)清潔壓裂液破膠液基本性質的基礎上,構建了一種可用于驅油的VES清潔壓裂液破膠液驅油體系,實現(xiàn)了對清潔壓裂液返排液的重復再利用。室內構建了基于VES清潔壓裂液破膠液的驅油體系,體系配方為:0.1~0.4wt%破膠液+0.004~0.02wt%AOS。該體系在溫度為61℃、礦化度為8.1×104mg/L條件下與安塞長6層脫水原油之間的界面張力為7.0×10-4mN/m,老化30天后界面張力仍能保持在10-3mN/m數量級,能夠達到三次采油的標準。對構建的VES清潔壓裂液破膠液驅油體系性能進行了系統(tǒng)評價,研究結果表明:該體系適用溫度范圍為50℃~90℃,適用礦化度范圍為3×104mg/L~21×104mg/L,在溫度為61℃、礦化度為8.1×104mg/L條件下該體系潤濕性能優(yōu)良,乳化性能較好,靜砂表面的靜態(tài)吸附量為30.25mg/g,動態(tài)飽和吸附量為靜態(tài)的1/3,且水驅后動態(tài)滯留量僅相當于動態(tài)飽和吸附量的1/4~1/3。通過室內物理模擬實驗顯示,最優(yōu)注入方案條件下實現(xiàn)采收率增值為12.5%,表明該體系在水驅后能夠進一步提高采收率。采用巖心CT掃描、SEM電鏡及微觀仿真模型研究水驅后殘余油分布、殘余油的存在形式以及注入表面活性劑后殘余油的啟動和運移方式,直觀地探究了表面活性劑的驅油機理。
