一種壓電式大扭矩測(cè)力儀設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:石油鉆機(jī)扭矩實(shí)時(shí)測(cè)量對(duì)保障工作安全和提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益具有重要意義。針對(duì)應(yīng)變式扭矩測(cè)力儀使用一段時(shí)間后精度降低問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)了一種壓電式扭矩測(cè)力儀。其具有體積小、量程大和穩(wěn)定性好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。首先構(gòu)建了測(cè)力儀的三維模型,論述了測(cè)力儀的測(cè)量原理;然后推導(dǎo)了電荷放大電路輸出電壓與輸入電荷之間的關(guān)系式,設(shè)計(jì)了高輸入阻抗的電荷轉(zhuǎn)換核心電路,使輸入阻抗達(dá)到1014Ω,并給出了無(wú)線傳輸電路的具體實(shí)施方案;最后對(duì)測(cè)力儀進(jìn)行了靜態(tài)標(biāo)定,其非線性為1.17%,重復(fù)性為0.46%。該壓電式扭矩測(cè)力儀性能指標(biāo)達(dá)到了鉆機(jī)扭矩實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控的要求。
[Abstract]:Real-time torque measurement of oil drilling rig is of great significance to guarantee safety and improve economic benefit. A piezoelectric torque dynamometer is designed to reduce the precision of strain torque dynamometer after a period of time. It has the advantages of small volume, large measuring range and good stability. Firstly, the three-dimensional model of the dynamometer is constructed, and the measuring principle of the dynamometer is discussed. Then the relation between the output voltage and the input charge of the charge amplifier circuit is deduced, and the charge conversion core circuit with high input impedance is designed, which makes the input impedance reach 1014 惟, and the concrete implementation scheme of the wireless transmission circuit is given. Finally, the static calibration of the dynamometer is carried out. The nonlinearity is 1.17 and the repeatability is 0.46. The performance index of the piezoelectric torque dynamometer meets the requirement of real-time torque monitoring of drilling rig.
