蒸餾裝置減壓深拔實(shí)驗(yàn)研究及工業(yè)應(yīng)用

【摘要】:采用短程分子蒸餾技術(shù),對(duì)獨(dú)山子石化公司蒸餾裝置減壓渣油進(jìn)行了深拔分離,考察了不同拔出深度窄餾分的性質(zhì),并對(duì)按比例調(diào)和的寬餾分減壓深拔重蠟油作為催化裂化裝置原料的性質(zhì)進(jìn)行了分析評(píng)價(jià),結(jié)果表明,蠟油Ⅱ終餾點(diǎn)達(dá)到600.80℃時(shí),蠟油Ⅱ收率提高2.32%,殘?zhí)恐颠_(dá)1.38%,已不能滿足催化原料殘?zhí)恐悼刂埔。拔出終餾點(diǎn)大于600℃后,殘?zhí)俊⒔饘俸康戎笜?biāo)迅速上升,重蠟油已不能滿足催化原料控制指標(biāo)。在工業(yè)應(yīng)用中,建議通過優(yōu)化和調(diào)整蒸餾裝置的操作,控制拔出深度和重蠟油殘?zhí)?達(dá)到增加催化裂化原料來源、改善全廠蠟油平衡的目的。
