下川東復雜井鉆井液體系深化研究
[Abstract]:With the increasing number of horizontal wells, large deviated wells and other special processing wells in the eastern part of Sichuan, the requirements of increasing speed and efficiency are increasing. The current drilling fluid system is difficult to adapt to the sloughing of mudstone, shale, and coal seams in drilling engineering. In order to meet the requirements of the new situation, it is necessary to further study the drilling fluid system of East Sichuan in order to meet the technical requirements in the aspects of blocking prevention of large deviation and high pressure difference well section, deep well block prevention and stability of drilling fluid performance, so it is necessary to further deepen the study of drilling fluid system in Lower Sichuan East China in order to meet the requirements of new situation. In this paper, the mechanism of wellbore instability and the distribution and characteristics of sloughing formation are studied. According to the different lithology, the corresponding technical countermeasures are put forward, and the organic salts and polyalcohol sloughing prevention drilling fluid system are developed emphatically. The properties of the main treatment agents are analyzed emphatically, and the auxiliary treatment agents are selected to be suitable for the Jurassic and shale systems in the eastern part of Sichuan province by means of rolling recovery rate, linear expansion value, anti-pollution experiment and so on. Coal seam anti-sloughing drilling fluid system. Based on the technical difficulties of Triassic drilling, the polysulfonated drilling fluid system was optimized by using the theory of iso-ion effect and activity equilibrium. From the point of view of temperature resistance, salt resistance and foaming performance of lubricant as a breakthrough point, using the lubricating effect of polyalcohol to improve the plugging performance of drilling fluid, improve the quality of filter cake, optimize the process of card prevention, etc., the train of thought for reducing pressure transfer in permeable formation can be obtained. The formation of Permian special anti-blocking technology. By adding water reducing agent, plugging agent and other functional treatment, directly adding KC1, formate and other inhibitors in clear water without adding sakesite, to meet the requirements of temperature resistance, sand carrying, etc. A soilless drilling fluid system suitable for the horizontal section of Carboniferous drilling was formed. The five sets of drilling fluid system developed have been tried out in the structure of East Sichuan, which can improve the drilling speed, reduce the complex accidents and increase the comprehensive economic benefits. Then the modularization technology scheme of each block is popularized and applied.
