【摘要】：通過介紹"十二五"期間油氣長輸管道系統(tǒng)各類主要耗能設(shè)備能效監(jiān)測情況,分析了耗能設(shè)備運行效率變化趨勢和主要參數(shù)合格率,輸油泵、加熱爐、天然氣壓縮機組的平均運行效率呈現(xiàn)逐年上升趨勢反映了"十二五"期間能效監(jiān)測工作為節(jié)能管理和節(jié)能措施的實施起到了保駕護航的作用;研究給出了主要耗能設(shè)備在運行過程中普遍存在的問題和對應(yīng)采取的建議措施,為"十三五"期間節(jié)能工作有針對性地開展提供了方向和技術(shù)措施,有助于促進油氣管道系統(tǒng)節(jié)能運行水平的進一步提高。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the monitoring of energy efficiency of main energy consuming equipments in the long distance oil and gas pipeline system during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, and analyzes the changing trend of the operation efficiency of the energy dissipation equipment and the qualification rate of the main parameters, the oil pump and the heating furnace. The average operating efficiency of natural gas compressor units is increasing year by year, which reflects that the energy efficiency monitoring during the 12th Five-Year Plan period plays an important role in protecting energy conservation management and energy saving measures. The problems in the operation of the main energy consuming equipment and the corresponding suggestions are given, which provide the direction and technical measures for the energy saving work during the 13th Five-Year Plan. It is helpful to promote the further improvement of energy saving operation level of oil and gas pipeline system.
