工廠化壓裂技術現(xiàn)場試驗研究

【摘要】:工廠化壓裂是指像普通工廠一樣,壓裂設備基本上固定不動,對2口或2口以上的配對井進行同步壓裂、順序壓裂或交叉壓裂,連續(xù)不斷的泵注壓裂液和支撐劑的一種壓裂作業(yè)模式。隨著北美頁巖氣的成功開發(fā),引起了全球非常規(guī)油氣的勘探開采熱,同時在北美最先應用的工廠化壓裂模式也得到推廣。國內(nèi)引進后將應用領域進一步延伸,拓展到致密砂巖油氣藏。本文從調(diào)研國內(nèi)外工廠化壓裂現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),從中獲取一定經(jīng)驗,進而分析和研究了工廠化壓裂配套技術,包括速溶胍膠壓裂液體系、連續(xù)混配施工工藝研究、直井裂縫高度延伸規(guī)律、封隔器精細分層壓裂技術、裸眼封隔器分段壓裂技術、段內(nèi)多裂縫壓裂技術、同步壓裂技術和裂縫監(jiān)測技術等八項內(nèi)容。開展了SX-18-20平臺工廠化壓裂先導試驗,在做好該平臺整體壓裂設計和優(yōu)化的基礎上,提出了一套可行有效的工廠化壓裂實施方案,通過現(xiàn)場實踐,為后續(xù)開展的SY-82-17H大平臺工廠化壓裂提供了指導性研究。在SY大平臺井實施工廠化壓裂時,開展了選域布井、井身結構設計、平臺井壓裂設計優(yōu)化等一體化研究,通過連續(xù)供液、連續(xù)供砂、連續(xù)泵注三大系統(tǒng)保障了流水線作業(yè),應用了封隔器精細分層壓裂、裸眼封隔器分段壓裂、段內(nèi)多裂縫壓裂、同步壓裂、裂縫監(jiān)測等多項工藝技術。通過工廠化壓裂的實施,在SX平臺和SY平臺均取得了良好的壓裂改造效果,平均日產(chǎn)氣量均明顯高于區(qū)塊原平均水平,同時也為氣田開發(fā)節(jié)約了大量成本,提高了設備利用率,展現(xiàn)出了工廠化壓裂的極大優(yōu)勢,為國內(nèi)工廠化壓裂的研究提供了寶貴經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:Industrial fracturing refers to the fact that, like ordinary factories, the fracturing equipment is basically immobile and simultaneously fracturing, sequential fracturing or cross-fracturing of two or more paired wells. Continuous pump injection of fracturing fluid and proppant a fracturing operation. With the successful development of shale gas in North America, the global unconventional oil and gas exploration and production heat has been caused, and the factory fracturing model, which was first used in North America, has also been popularized. The application field will be further extended to the tight sandstone reservoir after the introduction of domestic. Based on the investigation and investigation of the current situation of industrial fracturing at home and abroad, this paper obtains some experience, and then analyzes and studies the matching techniques of industrial fracturing, including the system of instant guanidine gel fracturing fluid and the continuous mixing operation technology. There are eight contents such as the rule of fracture height extension of straight well, Packer fine stratification fracturing technology, open-hole Packer fracturing technology, multi-fracture fracturing technology in section, synchronous fracturing technology and fracture monitoring technology. The pilot test of industrial fracturing on SX-18-20 platform is carried out. On the basis of the overall fracturing design and optimization of the platform, a set of feasible and effective industrial fracturing implementation scheme is put forward, and the field practice is carried out. It provides guidance research for industrial fracturing of SY-82-17H platform. In the process of industrial fracturing in SY large platform wells, the integrated research on well layout, wellbore structure design and fracturing design optimization of platform wells is carried out. Through continuous fluid supply, continuous sand supply and continuous pump injection, the assembly line operation is ensured. Packer fine layer fracturing, open hole Packer fracturing, multi-fracture fracturing in section, synchronous fracturing, fracture monitoring and so on are applied. Through the implementation of factory fracturing, good fracturing effect has been obtained on SX platform and SY platform. The average daily gas production is obviously higher than the original average level of the block. At the same time, it saves a lot of cost for the development of gas field and improves the utilization ratio of equipment. It shows the great advantage of factory fracturing and provides valuable experience for the research of factory fracturing in China.
