注水井調剖新型堵劑研制及評價實驗
[Abstract]:In the middle and late stage of oilfield water injection development, due to the influence of formation heterogeneity, the injection water burst along the high permeability layer, resulting in the oil well water cut rising quickly, water flooding early, the degree of injection water wave and low permeability layer is low, and the effect of water drive development is poor. If the water absorption profile of the injection well is adjusted (I. E. profile control), the development effect can be improved. One of the main profile control agents used in the field profile control practice is the pre-cross conjoined expanded particle profile control agent. Because of its advantages of simple operation and simple process, the usage of profile control agent in various oil fields in China has increased sharply. In view of the deep reservoir buried in the profile control process of water injection wells in most oilfields in China, a new profile control agent, QL-HVES, is synthesized in the laboratory, which is a new type of profile control agent with low salt and water absorption and high viscoelastic particles. The optimum formulation of the new profile control agent was determined by the influence of each component concentration. Through static and core flow experiments, the strength, thermal stability, salt resistance, water absorption and water retention of the profile control agent under different salinity and temperature were systematically evaluated. The results of laboratory experiments show that the new profile control agent has good viscoelasticity and flexibility, in addition, it has a good effect of slow swelling and salt resistance, and its comprehensive performance can meet the requirements of down-profile operation under different reservoir conditions. On the basis of the laboratory study, a field experiment was carried out in August 2012 with a newly synthesized QL-HVES salt absorbent and high viscoelastic granular profile control agent in well 197-45 of Luo1 area, Jiyuan Oilfield, and a good effect of increasing oil and reducing water was obtained.
