不同滲透率級差下化學(xué)驅(qū)油體系優(yōu)選

【摘要】:針對聚合物驅(qū)過程中出現(xiàn)的剖面返轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)象,選取不同驅(qū)油體系(聚合物、微球、凝膠、泡沫),開展了滲透率級差為3、6、10時不同驅(qū)油體系單一或交替注入的驅(qū)油效果實(shí)驗(yàn)對比,結(jié)果表明:滲透率級差為3時,濃度為1 400 mg/L和800 mg/L的聚合物交替注入較濃度為1 100 mg/L的聚合物連續(xù)注入可提高采出程度3.5個百分點(diǎn);滲透率級差為6或10時,凝膠和聚合物交替注入效果最好,采出程度較聚合物連續(xù)注入可分別提高14.6個百分點(diǎn)或20.3個百分點(diǎn)。對于滲透率級差較小的儲層,推薦采用高低濃度聚合物交替注入;對于滲透率級差較大的儲層,高低濃度聚合物交替注入失效,采用高黏體系封堵高滲層再注入聚合物的方式能夠顯著改善吸液剖面。
[Abstract]:In view of the phenomenon of profile reversal in polymer flooding process, different flooding systems (polymer, microsphere, gel, foam) were selected, and the permeability difference of 3% 6% was carried out. The oil displacement effects of single or alternating injection of different oil displacement systems at 10:00 are compared. The results show that the permeability difference is 3, The continuous injection of polymer at the concentration of 1 400 mg/L and 800 mg/L could improve the recovery rate by 3.5 percentage points compared with that of the polymer at the concentration of 1 100 mg/L. When the permeability difference is 6 or 10:00, the effect of alternating injection of gel and polymer is the best, and the recovery degree can be increased by 14.6% or 20.3%, respectively, compared with the continuous injection of polymer. For reservoirs with small permeability difference, alternating injection of high and low concentration polymer is recommended. For reservoirs with large permeability difference, high and low concentration polymer injection failure alternately, high viscosity system plugging high permeability layer re-injection polymer can significantly improve the liquid absorption profile.
