HA一體化砂巖酸化酸液體系的研制及其性能評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:常規(guī)的砂巖酸化工藝需要多個(gè)段塞注入前置液、處理液、后置液等,給生產(chǎn)作業(yè)帶來(lái)了不便和困擾。為此,基于"一步"代"多步"的一體酸概念和高效、集約化的理念,研制了一種主要由有機(jī)多元酸(HA)+HCl+HF+高效有機(jī)溶劑構(gòu)成的HA一體化酸液體系,可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)砂巖儲(chǔ)層復(fù)雜堵塞的有效解堵。對(duì)其緩速性能、有機(jī)堵塞物溶解、螯合性能和抑制沉淀性能等的實(shí)驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果表明:(1)新型HA一體化酸不僅可以達(dá)到常規(guī)一體化酸"一步"代替"多步"酸化的功效而且還具有良好的緩速性能,可通過(guò)控制H+的多級(jí)分步電離和在黏土礦物上形成硅酸—膦酸鋁膜達(dá)到緩速的目的 ;(2)對(duì)有機(jī)物堵塞物解除效率高;(3)HA一體化酸體系相比常規(guī)的APCS(氨基聚羧酸類(lèi))螯合劑具有更寬的p H值溶解范圍,對(duì)Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+)、Fe~(3+)的螯合能力比常規(guī)螯合劑(EDTA、NTA、DTPA等)更強(qiáng),抑制金屬氟化物、氟硅酸堿金屬和氟鋁酸堿金屬、氫氧化物沉淀比多氫酸、氟硼酸、土酸效果更優(yōu)異。該研究成果為高溫深層油氣藏的解堵提供了技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:The conventional sandstone acidizing process requires multiple slugs to be injected into the pre-liquid, treatment liquid, post-liquid, etc., which brings inconvenience and trouble to the production operation. In this paper, based on the concept of "one-step" and "multi-step", a HA integrated acid system composed mainly of organic polybasic acid (HA) HCl HF) and high efficient organic solvent was developed. The effective plugging removal of sandstone reservoir can be realized. For its slow-speed performance, organic clogging dissolved, The results of chelating and precipitation inhibition experiments show that: (1) the new HA integrated acid can not only achieve the function of "one step" instead of "multi-step" acidification, but also have good retarding performance. By controlling the multistage ionization of H and the formation of aluminum silicate-phosphonate film on clay minerals, the aim of slow speed can be achieved. (2) the removal efficiency of organic blockage is high; (3) compared with the conventional APCS (amino polycarboxylic acid) chelators, the HA system has a wider range of pH values, and the chelating ability of Ca~ (2), Mg~ (2), Fe~ (3) is stronger than that of the conventional chelating agents (EDTA,NTA,DTPA, etc.) The effect of inhibiting metal fluoride, fluorosilicate alkali metal and fluoroaluminate base metal, hydroxide precipitation is better than polyhydrogen acid, fluoroboric acid and earth acid. The research results provide technical support for plugging removal in high temperature deep reservoirs.
