一種新型干樹(shù)式半潛平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:開(kāi)發(fā)了一種新型的深吃水干樹(shù)式半潛生產(chǎn)平臺(tái)(TCDD-Semi),該平臺(tái)可用于中國(guó)南海深水區(qū)域的油氣田開(kāi)發(fā)。它的一個(gè)顯著特點(diǎn)是立柱的截面形狀呈現(xiàn)為漸變形式,而非傳統(tǒng)的等截面形式。立柱的底部最大,向上逐漸變小,再結(jié)合適當(dāng)?shù)南赂◇w設(shè)計(jì),能夠?yàn)槠脚_(tái)在服役前期及在位狀態(tài)時(shí)提供足夠的浮力以及穩(wěn)性。最重要的是這種新型立柱的設(shè)計(jì)能夠明顯地減小平臺(tái)在惡劣海況時(shí)的垂向運(yùn)動(dòng),從而使在平臺(tái)上布置具有干式采油樹(shù)的TTR立管系統(tǒng)成為可能。此外,這種漸變式的立柱設(shè)計(jì)也有利于減弱平臺(tái)在流作用下的渦激誘導(dǎo)運(yùn)動(dòng)(VIM)。分析結(jié)果表明這種漸變式立柱半潛平臺(tái)可以明顯降低平臺(tái)的垂向運(yùn)動(dòng),也可以在碼頭組裝時(shí)提供足夠的浮力以及在平臺(tái)下沉過(guò)程中提供足夠的穩(wěn)性。平臺(tái)優(yōu)越的垂向運(yùn)動(dòng)性能可以使頂部張緊式立管的行程范圍限制在10.5 m之內(nèi)(包括平臺(tái)偏移、垂蕩運(yùn)動(dòng)、潮汐影響、海床沉降、熱膨脹等因素)。分析結(jié)果表明平臺(tái)的垂蕩范圍、水平偏移、傾側(cè)角度、上部模塊重心處的加速度等可以滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,證明了這種新型干樹(shù)式半潛平臺(tái)的可行性。
[Abstract]:A new type of deep draught and dry tree semi-submersible production platform (TCDD-Semi) is developed, which can be used in the development of oil and gas fields in the deep-water area of the South China Sea. A remarkable feature of the column is that the section shape of the column presents a gradual form rather than a traditional iso-section form. The bottom of the column is the largest and gradually smaller up, and combined with the proper design of the floating body, it can provide sufficient buoyancy and stability for the platform in the pre-service and in the position state. The most important thing is that the design of this new type of column can obviously reduce the vertical motion of the platform under bad sea conditions, thus making it possible to arrange the TTR riser system with dry-type oil production tree on the platform. In addition, this gradual column design is also beneficial to attenuate the vortex-induced motion (VIM). Of the platform under the action of flow. The analysis results show that the platform can obviously reduce the vertical motion of the platform, provide sufficient buoyancy in the assembly of the wharf and provide enough stability during the sinking of the platform. The excellent vertical motion performance of the platform can limit the travel range of the top tensioned riser within 10.5 m (including the factors of platform offset, heave motion, tidal effect, seabed subsidence, thermal expansion and so on). The results show that the swaying range, horizontal deviation, tilting angle and acceleration at the center of gravity of the upper module can meet the design requirements, which proves the feasibility of this new type of dry tree semi-submersible platform.
