廢汽油機油再生工藝研究

【摘要】:對廢汽油機油再生工藝進行了考察,結果表明:電脫鹽脫鈣和白土吸附不適合廢汽油機油的預處理,蒸餾-加氫工藝適合廢汽油機油再生;再生油滿足VHVI 5潤滑油基礎油性能指標要求,其中潤滑油餾分(大于360℃)收率為77.09%,蒸餾塔塔底殘渣在現(xiàn)有的90號瀝青產(chǎn)品中添加量3%時仍可以滿足90號JTG F40—2004道路瀝青標準,添加量5%時滿足110號JTG F40—2004道路瀝青標準。該方法潤滑油回收率高,產(chǎn)生的廢渣得到利用。
[Abstract]:The regeneration process of waste gasoline engine oil was investigated. The results showed that electric desalination and decalcification and clay adsorption were not suitable for pretreatment of waste gasoline engine oil, while distillation-hydrogenation process was suitable for regeneration of waste gasoline engine oil.
