慶鐵線擴(kuò)能安全改造工程后評(píng)價(jià)研究
[Abstract]:Post-project evaluation occupies an important position in the whole project cycle. The domestic industries pay more and more attention to the post-project evaluation, and strengthen the research and application of the theory and method of post-project evaluation. In order to improve the project management level and investment income of the project, CNPC put forward the requirements of post-project evaluation. However, in the current petroleum enterprises, many enterprises carry out the post-project evaluation work is simplified post-evaluation, there is no in-depth analysis and evaluation of the project. The purpose of this paper is to set up a complete evaluation index system of Qingtie railway line expansion safety reconstruction project, and then to carry out detailed post-evaluation and find out the problems, taking the Qingqing railway line capacity expansion safety reconstruction project as an example. It can be used for reference in the later stage of pipeline construction. On the basis of deep research on the relevant theory of post-evaluation work, combined with the actual situation of the QingyingRailway line capacity expansion and reconstruction project, this paper constructs the post-evaluation index system of the QingyingRailway line expansion safety reconstruction project. In the post-evaluation index system of the project, five primary evaluation indexes, namely, pre-work, construction implementation, production operation, investment and financial benefit, impact and sustainability, are set. Several secondary evaluation indexes are set up under each evaluation index, and the weight of each index is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Based on the post-evaluation index system of Qingtie railway line capacity expansion and reconstruction project, this paper makes a detailed post evaluation on the Qingtie railway line expansion safety reconstruction project. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of degree of success is applied to the comprehensive post-evaluation of the project of capacity expansion and reconstruction of Qing-tie railway line. Based on the analysis of the post-evaluation results, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the development, construction and operation of the Qingqing Railway Line's capacity expansion and transformation project, extracts the representative problems, and provides a reference for the later construction of pipeline engineering. Thus, the investment income of pipeline engineering is improved.
