【摘要】：大型全包容式LNG儲(chǔ)罐是目前國(guó)內(nèi)LNG接收站廣泛采用的一種罐型,此類(lèi)儲(chǔ)罐為內(nèi)外兩層,內(nèi)罐采用Ni9鋼,外罐采用鋼筋混凝土,中間填充保冷材料,其投用技術(shù)比較復(fù)雜,而儲(chǔ)罐冷卻技術(shù)是其投用調(diào)試過(guò)程中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)最大、最難控制的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。結(jié)合大連LNG接收站3#儲(chǔ)罐冷卻的整個(gè)流程,對(duì)大型全包容式LNG儲(chǔ)罐進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的描述,并結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析討論�？偨Y(jié)了大型LNG儲(chǔ)罐的冷卻投用經(jīng)驗(yàn),為進(jìn)一步完善優(yōu)化LNG儲(chǔ)罐冷卻投用技術(shù)給出了指導(dǎo)性建議。
[Abstract]:Large all-inclusive LNG storage tank is widely used in domestic LNG receiving station at present. This kind of tank is of both inner and outer layers. The inner tank is made of Ni9 steel, the outer tank is reinforced concrete, and the cold insulation material is filled in the middle. The tank cooling technology is one of the most risky and difficult to control during commissioning. Combined with the cooling process of Dalian LNG receiving station, the large all-inclusive LNG storage tank is described in detail, and the data are analyzed and discussed. The experience of cooling operation of large LNG storage tank is summarized, and some guiding suggestions are given for further improvement and optimization of cooling operation technology of LNG storage tank.
